Dear all,
I understand Pam´s concerns.
We do need though to have a common response and I think we are running out 
of time. I cannot -unfortunately- organise teleconferences from Montevideo. 
Maybe Rosa, can you do that so we can have one and cover this as well as the 
tribunals? We can then reimburse you the cost, in case it is possible.
