Dear Rosa,
thanks for all this information and efforts. I think it makes sense to wait till next week. Let´s all please confirm our availability through the meeting wizard. And it is so great tha we have access to the teleconference facilities! You really did a great job Rosa!
Yes, we will be translating Luisa´s message. It will be ready probably by the end of today.
Greetings,
Ana

  Dear friends,

So far this morning we have only 4 confirmations for meeting today for one hour:

  Ana
  Josephine
  Marcela
  Sharmila

Lysa has responded that Monday or Tuesday of next week are good for her. Pam sent her dial-in numbers but we have no specific time availability. Marta Rico from Peru has not responded but as we know, there has been an earthquake in Peru (more below). Since the main purpose of the call is the Tribunals, I propose that we do it on Monday or Tuesday, without fail.

We now have teleconference phone service through---GCAP! We can use their teleconference services for free (actually, through Oxfam). Monday is wide open. Tuesday is open at 12 GMT for one hour then after this at 2:00 OR 2:30 GMT, depending on when the Mobilization TF ends, which I'm on. I find the Meeting Wizard is very helpful to coordinate times, so let us try for Monday or Tuesday on the Wizard. I'll send out a new request.

For now, please send me your dial out numbers: Lysa, Marcela, Josephine, Sharmila

We can also talk about the questionnaire due next week.

  Tentative agenda:
  - Questionnaire (those who don't want to discuss Tribunals can then drop off) - 15 minutes
--please review the document Ana has sent
  - Tribunals (45 minutes)

Luisa and others have been busy mobilizing assistance for earthquake victims. We have much information in Spanish---but perhaps, Ana, we can get that last message from Luisa with information about how people can help translated to the FTF and GCAPwomen list. Our solidarity is with them and our other GCAP colleagues.

Please write if you have questions.

  Hugs,

  Rosa
