[Ftffacilitationteam] Logframe - evaluation

Dear friends,
I would very much appreciate it if you look at the attached logframe (the 
one prepared in Toronto) where I added comments on what was done and what 
was not done. I have marked in yellow where I need your comments, but please 
read it all and add whatever you think is missing or change what you think 
it´s not right.
It is very important to receive your comments by tomorrow, this will not 
take you long, not more than 10 minutes, and I need to send it with the 
report next week. This evaluation will be very important for the support we 
can get for this year.

si bien el documento está en inglés, tú tenés una copia en español que yo 
envié en su momento. De todas maneras lo que pido que marquen es muy poco, 
está en amarillo, hay un par de cuadros en los que incluí tu nombre pidiendo 
comentario porque son actividades de Perú. Te agradezco si lo envías mañana, 
no lleva más de diez minutos mirarlo y es fundamental para el informe final 
y para el próximo apoyo.
