[Ftffacilitationteam] Call today

My apologies, colleagues.  There was a problem with the conference  call 
center last week (our Mob. Task Force call was cancelled) and I was  supposed to 
get new numbers for the call.  I think they have it  all worked out but need to 
verify with GCAP headquarters.  Can I propose  this Wednesday, Feb. 13 at the 
same time, 12 GMT or if better,  11GMT.  Does this work for everyone?  
Tomorrow we're having a make MTF  call.  Thursday is also a possibility if done at 
7am New York time  (11GMT).  Please let me know.
