Dear Ciara,
dear Rosa,
dear Chona,
dear all,
I am attaching the last version of the second note to coalitions. But it is
still not ready as we need Chona to send us URGENTLY the demands to G8.
I will suggest that if by later today we do not get the demands from Chona,
Sarah and Ciara can go ahead and send it deleting the last part where it
says that we are expecting those demands from Chona.
If anybody has a comment, please let us know before the end of the day
today. As we are all in very different time zones, the final version can be
sent tomorrow morning.
Thanks!
Ana

P.S. Rosa, to your version I changed the part of India which Lysa has worked
on and reformulated the last sentence.
