Dear Rosa,

Just would like to clarify that during the meeting in Den Haag I would not
be able to advocate for FTF issues (unless I see incoherence with GCAP
mandate and commitments). In addition, I will only be participating on
Monday morning sessions. So, if FTF thinks is an important meeting to be and
participate, you should request to have a representative there. However, you
will need to do this pretty quick since the meeting is starting already this
Sunday.

  Thanks, Nerea.  We'll be sorry to not have you on the call but let's
definitely catch up before you go to the meeting in the Hague.  I'm thinking
that we should add that to the agenda to just check in because as far as I
know, no one from the FTF is going.  Glad you'll be there.
