Thanks for this.  Overall, I made some quick edits and cleanup.   Might need 
a bit more to smooth it out but overall it is quite good.   Again, thanks for

all the effort you've put into this.  As I note in the  document, I think the

conclusion could be rounded out a bit more and some points  could be
developed.
 
Would be interested in having the other FTF members of the CC task force  
take a look at it.
