Thanks, Ana. These are great suggestions. I'm printing this out to take
with me and make more notes.

A question for the rest---how has your work been with the regional
secretariats mentioned by Ana below? Can you give feedback?

Best,
Rosa

Portugal

Dear Rosa,
thank you very much for this information.
I think that one aspect to be taken into account for mobilisation 2010 is
the information sent by Luisa about the Global March of Women on 8 March
next year. I think that GCAP should join in this.
In terms of points to highlight on work done by constituencies, I think is
important from our side all the work done in relation to the financial
crisis (WWG on FfD, UNCTAD, hearings in NY, etc.) and our involvement in
climate change (being members of the advocacy team of GGCA, participation in
Bonn, women and climate change tribunals, planned participation at COP 15,
etc.).
I think is important that you share our last plan of action for 2009-2010.
I am attaching it to this message.
And finally, I think is important to highlight our efforts to coordinate
with the regional secretariats and the little response we have had from
there.
This is crucial if we think that next year Oxfam Novib will not fund us
directly but as part of the global GCAP work.
I hope this helps Rosa, and I also hope there will be comments from all
Facilitation Team members.
Warm greetings,
Ana
