this message is aimed at our colleagues in the SENCA region. We need to 
identify a FTF representative for the activity explained below. I have asked 
Michale about the costs, whether they will covered them or not. He said that 
most probably yes. But in the meantime I would very much appreciate it if 
those of you in the region could indicate your availability.
