Saludos to all.  Ana, thanks for keeping the ball rolling.. It is important
to figure out how to proceed in general about the Global Council. and in
particular about the representation  in the up coming Global Council.

A few points:

 what can we do to have a good presence from Sept mtg, for we do a lot of
education and actions on this regards, though it is little that is done by
the national coalition though out the yr, and on gender concerns.

on the subject of Ana and Rosa's representation on the GC, since the time is
coming to a conclusion,  it is important to develop a transfer of
experiences, to make sure that the ground gained is not lost, but expanded.
Is it possible that Rosa could become the delegate, and have an alternate?

how will these changes affect the work of the FTF? what are the new
challenges in general, and those in particular within the gcap mov?

 I think it is important to discern these points and  then develop a process
to proceed.
