Thanks, Ana.  We can try to make some copies today or tomorrow at the  
Church Center---Marta, can you come by later today to help or tomorrow morning  
to help with that?  

Also, Ana, I believe we will have a projector at the Marriott to show  
documents as well.

ALSO, FTF TEAM, IF YOU ARE COMING INTO JFK, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A TAXI--VERY 
 EXPENSIVE. THERE IS A VERY GOOD SHUTTLE FOR $30 (GCAP WILL REIMBURSE UP TO 
$50)  --SEE MY MESSAGE TO GROUP. ALSO, THE TRAIN/SUBWAY CONNECTION

please find attached several documents that we will need for  our FTF 
meeting. As I do not know whether there are printing facilities at the  Marriot, 
and also as our meeting is starting really early, I please ask you  all to 
print the copies you will need for the meeting. I am only taking one  copy of 
each document, so make sure you have your documents printed before you  
travel.
I am sending:
1. Terms of Reference for FTF Facilitation team 
2. FTF annual report (this report has a lot of annexes which  I am taking 
in electronic format, but the narrative report is what we will use  for our 
discussions).
3. Plan of action (our last plan of action is for  2009-2010). 
4. Agenda for the meeting
5. Strategic questions sent by GCAP that we need to answer  before the 
Assembly 
6. Luisa and Marta are the ones who have answered, so I put  their answers 
together and I am sending one file with their answers.  
7. The Assembly agenda is not finalised,  but I am sending the final draft 
for your information. If you do not want to  print this file is fine, as we 
will all get copies of the final version there.  

Looking forward to seeing you all soon!! Have nice flights  and meet you on 
Monday!
