Hay que ver cómo el Comité global o la bolsa de finanzas pueda disponer de un monto para ello. Podríamos plantearlo como tema en la teleconferencia del Comité global mañana jueves, sabiendo de antemano que van a ser pocas las posibilidades aceptación.</DIV>
