<div>If you've followed the process you know that we are in a bind in terms of finalizing the list of attendees to the Montevideo meeting. If we stick with the deadline, we need to decide today! HOWEVER, WE HAVE ASKED FOR AN EXTENSION UNTIL MONDAY. Currently we have more nominees than slots and are trying to be creative with spaces. We will, however, need your help to decide ultimately who will come. </div>

<div>In particular, there are three nominees for Latin America and the Caribbean. These are very involved groups and we need a small group to come together via skype or e-mail and prioritize the list, HOPEFULLY TODAY, TONIGHT IF ANYONE IS AVAILABLE, IF NOT TOMORROW 3:00PM GMT. </div>

<div>Regarding the number of slots, we currently have 3 for the FTF and possibly one more through other more recent creative resolutions. This would then leave 4 for representation based on the criteria set for previous meetings, including: regional representation, expertise, involvement/activities in FTF, visibility on GCAP list serves.</div>
