Maybe Rosa and Josephine who are in the structure group could clarify. But

the <BR>> website and I understand it is you. So thanks for continuing with
that task. <BR>> I think it is important as it gives us visibility within
GCAP.<BR>> Now, about our call yesterday:<BR>> unfortunately it was only
Josephine, Rosa and myself. Some members of the <BR>> team are not on Skype
and others could not make it and from others I do not <BR>> know whether
they have or not a Skype name, for example Elizabeth, Martha <BR>> and
Lysa, please send me your contact in Skype if you have one.<BR>> In spite
of being so few we did have a good meeting and agreed on a way <BR>>
forward taking into account that we had sent a funding proposal for USD
<BR>> 122.000 and we only received USD 50.000. That means, of course, that
we have <BR>> to think of priorities on the one hand and of alternatives to
look for more <BR>> funding on the other.<BR>> So, in terms of
priorities:<BR>> We had requested funds for:<BR>> - 8 March (already
gone)<BR>> - 07.07.07<BR>> - 17 October: International Women´s Tribunal
on Poverty (New York)<BR>> - 16 Days of Activism<BR>> - Plus a meeting
for evaluation and forward looking.<BR>> <BR>> Yesterday we felt that
with the funds available we should prioritise the 17 <BR>> October and the
International Women´s Tribunal, but rather than having it <BR>> only in New
York, we should aim at having others also in: (i) Egypt; (ii) <BR>> India
and (iii) Peru.<BR>> For that we need your feedback to know if you can
organise it in those <BR>> regions. Josephine has already agreed. We now
need to know whether Lysa with <BR>> the support of the other Asian
colleagues can organise it in India and <BR>> whether Luisa and Martha with
the support of the other Latin Americans can <BR>> organise it in Peru. We
also need to get some feedback from you to know the <BR>> costs in each of
those countries.<BR>> I will work on a new budget on the basis of the money
received so I need to <BR>> get your feedback urgently to see if we can
support the different regions. <BR>> The costs should be for the local
organisation, not for tickets. So please <BR>> send me that information
urgently. I also want to inform the whole list <BR>> about our plans for 17
October so other women can join us in the <BR>> preparations.<BR>>
<BR>> Simultaneously we will fundraise for the other activities, but
ensuring a <BR>> succesful 17 of October with a strong FTF activity in

fuimos sólo tres: Josephine, Rosa <BR>> y yo. Algunas indicaron que no
tienen acceso a Skype, otras que no podían, <BR>> pero de varias no he
tenido respuesta aún sobre si tienen o no dirección de <BR>> Skype. Es el
caso de Martha, Elizabeth y Lysa y les pido por favor que si <BR>> tienen
acceso a Skype me manden urgente vuestra dirección.<BR>> A pesar de que
éramos pocas tuvimos una muy buena reunión y nos pusimos de <BR>> acuerdo
respecto a los próximos pasos, tomando en cuenta que presentamos una <BR>>
propuesta de financiación por USD 122.000 y sólo recibimos USD 50.000. Eso
<BR>> implica que debemos por un lado definir prioridades, y por otro,
continuar <BR>> con los esfuerzos de búsqueda de fondos.<BR>> En cuanto

India y (iii) Perú.<BR>> Para eso necesitamos conocer vuestra opinión al
