of the Future Structure Task Group to submit a formal proposal to the
International Facilitation Team regarding the Future Structure of GCAP after

and guiding principles of the Group are captured in Annex 4. In Montevideo, we
took a straw poll, whose result is shown in Annex 1. Annex 1 also points out the
Group’s post-Montevideo assessment of pros and cons of different structural
options. One of the questions in the questionnaire asks you again to state your
preference among the different options after reviewing this Annex
1.<O:P></O:P></SPAN></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">Annex 3 shows the
current timeline for discussion as amended by the International Facilitation
Team (IFT) and you will see where in the entire process this questionnaire fits
in. You will also see that the Group is scheduled to have a face-to-face meeting
on August 29-30 in order to set the clear direction and to make a formal
proposal to the IFT. Your input is thus essential so that we can make a
well-informed and thought-out proposal.<O:P></O:P></SPAN></P>
