only a few weeks left in this session of the General Assembly. We need
the President of the General Assembly, who is from <st1:country-region
w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Macedonia</st1:place></st1:country-region>, to
hear from women around the world how important it is to move the GEA process

and co-develop with all of us our global

advising/lobbying governments in what options to take, we have heard from
different sources that it is important to also lobby the President of the
General and encourage him to take more leadership in the process by
proposing a clear process for the next GA in which they can discuss GEAR
further. Within the European Working Group we have prepared
a letter to ask him that. We think the letter will have the most
impact if as many organisations as possible send/fax/email this to him. Or if
not possible, sign on to the letter we are going to
send.</SPAN></FONT><o:p></o:p></P></DIV>
