I think of course that we should present this paper for the Assembly but I would very much like it that it is not an individual paper I write, or Rosa writes, but a collective reflection of the FTF. As it is requested that the paper looks at what has happened in the last three years and the major issues and challenges ahead, I think it is important that the views from all regions, from all of you who have been active in the FTF, is reflected in this paper. </font></div>
