[Gcap-mujeres] FTF meeting - statements

Queridas amigas,(espanhol abajo)
dear friends,

greetings from Toronto. We had a very good FTF meeting and we are happy with 
the results which as you can imagine imply a lot of work, but there was a 
strong commitment in all participants to implement what we agreed upon and 
to strengthen the work of the FTF at national, regional and global levels. 
We will be sending soon the final report including our work plan. There are 
still some few details to be finalised which will be done in the coming days 
and sent to you right after that. We are already sharing with you a 
communique, a statement on the situation of Lebanon, and also one we 
prepared for the Aids Conference. 
We will be sending all three documents to the whole of GCAP. Feel free to 
post it in your own websites and distribute them widely. Notice that we have 
come up with a permanent slogan for the FTF: Gender equality to end poverty. 
We want to use it in all our communications. 
So, you will be getting more information in the coming days.

Amigas,
saludos desde Toronto. Hemos tenido una muy buena reunion y estamos 
contentas con los resultados que como se imaginaran implican muchisimo 
trabajo. Pero hay un gran compromiso de las participantes de llevar esas 
tareas adelante y de fortalecer el trabajo del ETF a nivel nacional, 
regional e internacional. Les mandaremos el informe final de la reunion 
incluyendo el plan de trabajo muy pronto. Aun nos quedan ajustar algunos 
detalles.Pero ya les estamos mandando un comunicado que sacamos informando 
de la reunion, una declaracion sobre la situacion del Libano y otra 
preparada para la conferencia sobre SIDA. 
Estaremos enviando los tres documentos a GCAP en general. Seria bueno si los 
incluyen en vuestros sitios web y tambien si les dan una amplia difusion. 
Hemos incorporado un slogan paa el ETF: Igualdad de genero para poner fin a 
la pobreza. Queremos usarlo en todas las comunicaciones.
En los proximos dias estaran recibiendo mas informacion.
