By this mean, I am informing you that the colombian coalition of GCAP - 
Colombia sin Pobreza-, have choised to MARTHA YANETH SANDOVAL, who is a 
member of National Coordinator Committee as our Representative to the GCAP 
Meeting which will be held in Beirut. She needs the travel and accomodation 
cost to be provided

His Passport Number is 52153534, and she also needs from you an invitation 
letter adressed to her, and, if were possible, a invitation letter from the 
institution that will organize the meeting in Lebanon and serve as host in 
Beirut, adressed to the Embassy of Lebanon in Colombia. This is a 
requirement so that she can achieve her visa.

I am writing on behalf of the GCAP Steering Committee on the Future to =
keep
you informed about the participant=92s process for the next GCAP =
International
Facilitation Group meeting, which will take place in 2006 on March the =
13th,
14th, and 15th, in Beirut, Lebanon. The GCAP Steering Committee on the
Future is asking the Regional Focal points of GCAP to please contribute =
in
collating names of GCAP national coalition and regional participants for
Beirut, in order to ensure that there is widespread participation and
representation at this meeting. Many of you have contacts and resources =
that
we do not posses so please feel free to forward this information along.=20

Each region will be allowed to send up to three people, and each =
national
platform is entitled to send one (two if the country has a population of
over 100m) delegates to the meeting. As the attached criteria shows =
there
are also other ways of attending =96 however, the representative for =
each
national platform needs to be put forward with the agreement of others =
in
the national platform =96 so each national coalition participant who is
interested will need to discuss it with their colleagues.I have also
attached the list of GCAP supporters who have written directly =
expressing
their interest in attending Beirut for you to look at.=20

Please can you share your list of potential participants with Nicki
