  Dear friends, queridas amigas (español abajo)

  I am attaching the last version of the new organisational structure of
GCAP. It has been a long process that started before the Montevideo meeting.
A specific group was formed, and Rosa was our representative in that group.
Josephine from Egypt was also part of the group on behalf of the Arab
region. Please have a look at it as it will have implications for our future
work. And feel free to send comments particularly in relation to how you see
the FTF operating within this new structure. Several members of the FTF have
been involved in one way or another, so thank to all of them for their work.
We hope we will be able to continue to influence the work of GCAP as we had
done in the last years.

  Queridas amigas,
  adjunto está el documento de la nueva propuesta organizativa de GCAP. Por
ahora el documento está solo en inglés pero será traducido y lo enviaré
apenas lo tenga. Hace tiempo que se viene trabajando en esta nueva
estructura y Rosa nos ha representado en el grupo formado con tal fin.
También ha estado Josephine representando la región árabe.
  Les agradezco si pueden leer esta versión que envíen comentarios sobre
todo en relación con nuestro trabajo como ETF al interior de GCAP ya que sin
duda implicará algunos cambios. Confío que en esta nueva estructura podamos
seguir ejerciendo influencia como lo hemos hecho en los últimos años.
  Varias compañeras han trabajado en esta etapa de transición, les agradezco
especialmente, y confío que lo sigamos haciendo hasta consolidar nuestra
participación en la nueva estructura.
