  - Bárbara Caletti, de FOCO, Argentina
   
  Como verán, sin contar a Rosa que participará seguro, tenemos cuatro personas interesadas para dos lugares. Debemos tomar una resolución al respecto. Lo ideal sería que pudieran participar las cuatro. Qué posibilidades hay que alguna de las cuatro venga por su coalición nacional? O por una organización internacional integrante de GCAP? O por el comité facilitador de la región? Les agradezco enormemente que exploren esas posibilidades de manera que todas puedan participar. 
  Confío que podamos tomar una resolución en breve.

  Dear friends,
  the deadline for finalising the participants´ list at the Montevideo meeting has been extended until 30 March. Nevertheless, we must agree on the three names that will represent us quite urgently so that I can send those names before the 30th.
  Up to now we have received indication of interes in participating from:
    - Rosa Lizarde, who necessarily has to come as she is a member of the IFT -as my alternate. 
  - Prisca Kambole, member of the facilitation team of the FTF representing Southern Africa
  - Josephine Kamel, member of the facilitation team of the FTF representing Northern Africa
  - Marta Rico, from Flora Tristán, Peru
  - Bárbara Caletti, from FOCO, Argentina
   
  As you can see, without counting Rosa who has to come for sure, we have four people interested and two places. We must take a decision. The ideal would be for the four of them to participate. What are the chances that some of you can come for your national coalitions, or for an international organisation member of GCAP or for the regional facilitation team? I would very much appreciate it if you can explore those options so that all of you could take part.
  I hope we can take a decision soon.
