salud to all ..i think we must make sure that there is region
representation, and that people who facilitate participation and
effectiveness as wide as possible be present....those who really make
sure to carry out the work and move others to have effective
presence...and so if there is another possiblity rather than two
people from the same continent, maybe another from asia..or arab
nations? yes?  and i believe we must really be creative, adn seee that
the work athat has alresdy been done as FT-GCAP, has created spaces
that we must now loose, and we should make sure to broaden teh vision
and thus carry on, not defined by GCAP...best..marta benavides..el
