Dear Fatima,
I think this is very good. Thank you!
It is also important to coordinate efforts towards the group we are creating on Women and Food Security as this paper can be an input for the work that this group is going to implement.
Colleagues from the Spanish list have already indicated that they want to join the group and it would be very good to have inputs from India. So please let us know if the colleague from Agri Scientists can write the paper and we will continue to inform the list on the progress made in the constitution of the group. As you see, there are several initiatives that are coming together in a topic that we think is key and that we might be able to include in the poverty hearing in New York. We will keep you all informed and we hope other members of the list will consider joining this initiative.
Warm greetings,
Ana
Queridas amigas,
“Gaps, trends and current research in gender dimensions of agricultural and rural employment: differentiated pathways out of poverty”, which will be held in Rome in the week of 30 March – 3 April 2009.
Saludos,
Ana

Dear colleagues,
I received this and I thought that it might interest some of you as it is an issue very closely linked to our work and particularly to the topic of the food crisis which we want to address as FTF. If any of you decides to present a paper, please let us know.
Greetings,
Ana
