Dear all,
queridas amigas (espanhol abajo)

It is very nice to share with you information about the presentation the FTF 
will be making in one of the parallel events at the CSW. The details are 
below. We really hope that several of you will be there and can take part at 
this event. And as we have already written in the list, on 1 and 2 March 
there will be a meeting of the FTF facilitation team and we would like to 
have a session with all FTF members who are in New York. So please let us 
know if you will be there and what of the two days (1st or 2nd March) fits 
you better for the meeting. Thanks in advance, and we look forward to seeing 
many of you in New York!

Queridas amigas,
es un gusto compartir con ustedes los detalles de la actividad que el ETF 
presentara en el marco de la Comision sobre el status de la mujer en Nueva 
York. La actividad sera el 28 de febrero entre las 15:15 y las 16:45, en el 
Church Centre, Hardim Room, piso 11 (los detalles estan copiados debajo con 
una descripcion - en ingles- de la actividad. Basicamente se presentaran las 
conclusiones de los tribunales organizados en torno al 17 de octubre, el de 
India y el de Peru, y tambien los planes para el que tendra lugar en marzo 
en Egipto. Confiamos que muchas de ustedes puedan participar de esta 
actividad. 
Como recordaran ademas el 1 y 2 de marzo se reunira el equipo facilitador y 
queremos organizar una sesion con todas las integrantes del equipo de 
trabajo feminista que en esos dias se encuentren en Nueva York. De manera 
que si van a estar alli les agradecemos que nos lo comuniquen y que nos 
digan que dia les quedaria mejor, si el sabado 1 o el domingo 2.

Tribunal  Description:   The Feminist Task Force of the Global Call to 
Action  against Poverty and partners will present the findings of 
international  women's tribunals on poverty held in India, Egypt and Peru as 
part of  the mobilization activities related to the Int'l. Day for the  
Eradication of Poverty, Oct. 17th. The event will highlight the  
intersections between race, class and gender, as well as the case of  rural 
women. It will emphasize the importance of financing of gender  equality to 
end poverty.
