I am sharing with you information from the GCCA Campaign (Global Campaign for Climate Action), of which GCAP is a member.



I copy from a message they sent to me:



"A key element of this project will be the “climate orb� which will be featured on the tcktcktck.org website. The orb is an interactive online tool featuring a spinning earth which holds powerful video testimonies and photos from people all around the world who are already experiencing impacts of climate change and are taking action. To make the orb as interactive as possible, visitors will be asked to upload their own videos or images about their personal experiences with climate change impacts and about how they take action. We want visitors to ask leaders to come to Copenhagen in order to personally ensure that an ambitious, fair and binding deal will be sealed.

I think it can be good for us to use this tool to promote stories on gender and climate change.

les envío el link de la campaña GCCA (Campaña Global sobre Cambio Climático) de la que GCAP es socio, con información de un instrumento en particular, el "climate orb". Es una herramienta interactiva donde se pueden subir historias, testimonios, fotos, de personas alrededor del mundo que de una u otra manera se ven afectadas por las consecuencias del cambio climático. Arriba tienen la dirección del sitio y podemos aprovecharlo para subir historias sobre género y cambio climático.
