We all agree that this is a great opportunity to shape the GCAP agenda and
strategies for the September Summit, the WTO meeting and beyond. MADRE, as a
member of both the GCAP and the Feminist Task Force, considers this an
important opportunity to communicate our concerns.

perspective of women. This perspective is neither marginal nor should it be
marginalized, and should be reflected in all the GCAP strategies and in all
GCAP policies, guidelines and decisions. See posted below the Feminist Task
Force guidelines which were formally submitted to the GCAP strategy meeting
prior to the Hearings in NY on the 22nd of June
