<P><FONT size=2>Mientras tenemos información sobre que otras fuentes de financiación podrán apoyar el proceso para realizar la reunión regional, es necesario, por razones de anticipar costos y reservas más baratas de vuelos, que configuremos una lista inicial de invitados y participantes a la Reunión REgional.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=2>En este sentido, teniendo presente que la Reunión será en Lima los días 28 y 29 de Febrero, los delegados/as escogidos en cada país deberían ir haciendo sus reservas de vuelo e informar previamente los costos de los boletos de vuelo más económicos disponibles, con el fin de hacer las previsiones del caso.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=2>Para confeccionar una lista inicial de asistentes, debemos tener información sobre los siguientes asuntos:</FONT>

<P><FONT size=2>2. Nombre y contacto de las Redes regionales que han tenido una participación activa dentro del GCAP en América Latina y/o han mostrado un interés en articularse a las actividades y estrategias regionales del GCAP. Ya las redes como Social Watch e ICAE han anunciado su intención de contar con delegado/a en esta reunión.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=2>3. Lista de personas de las agencias donantes y financiadoras que han acompañado y apoyan los procesos nacionales o regionales del GCAP en la región, y que muestran interés en estar presentes en esta reunión.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=2>Recojo la inquietud de los/as colegas de Perú en el sentido de la urgencia de disponer de los fondos necesario para avanzar en la preparación de los aspectos logísticos de la reunión. Dado que los vuelos desde varios países pueden llegar a Lima solo en horas de la tarde o regresar en horas de la mañana, es necesario que alguién en Lima coordine los asuntos relacionados con los nombres de los delegados, lo mismo que los itinerarios, fecha y hora de arribo y de partida, con el fin de prever con el hotel los asuntos de acomodación y demás.</FONT></P>
