Huvo una discusión sobre el número de representantes en la conferencia telefonica. Estavan presentes cerca de 9 personas e con ausência de una de las regiones (Africa). Yo defendi que no se pode realizar decisión sin que todas las regiones estean representadas e por lo menos 13 personas que son metad mas uno de los 24 total. Thinking of this and also of the GCAP meeting in January in Nairobi previous to the WSF, it seems necessary to have a strategy that will allow us to organize the activities of the year and make it to January with a clear proposal. In this respect, there have also been some proposals in the list suggesting we have a meeting that will allow us to clearly define this strategy.
