<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>en la última llamada del EFI que como les comenté
no se formalizó por falta de quorum, se planteó la necesidad de que cada
integrante tenga un suplente de manera que si esa persona no puede participar,
lo haga el o la suplente y haya así más posibilidades de no tener que
suspender la reunión. La suplente debe estar igualmente informada y estará
recibiendo todos los materiales que circulan en el EFI. Quiero consultarles si
les parece bien que la suplente sea Rosa Lizarde, pues ella ha estado
permanentemente en contacto, activa, siguiendo todos los pasos de GCAP y el
GTF, además de haber jugado un rol fundamental en la reunión de Beirut. Si les
parece bien, entonces, yo mandaria su nombre. Espero hasta el viernes para
hacerlo de manera de darles tiempo de contestar este mensaje.

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>at the last IFT call, that as I mentioned did not
formalized into a regular meeting due lo low attendance, the proposal was made
to have an alternate for each IFT member, so that when one person cannot
participate, the alternate can take his/her place so that there will be
less possibilities of missing a call due to low participation. The
alternate will be in the IFT list and receive all materials that are being
discussed. I wanted to know your opinion on having Losa Lizarde as my
alternate. She has been very active, always informed and involved in every
step of GCAP and the FTF besides playing a key role at the Beirut meeting. If
you agree, I would like to send her name to the IFT. I will wait till Friday
to send it to give you time to reply to this message. Thanks!</FONT></DIV>
