discusión de Guiness queremos destacar los siguientes puntos:</SPAN></FONT></P>

preparada por el grupo de movilización sobre la iniciativa de Guiness no es
resultado de un consenso logrado en el grupo sinoo precisamente de la falta de
consenso y por lo tanto la aceptación de la iniciativa resulta de la frustración
y no de la convicción y el entusiasmo con la iniciativa.</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Arial Narrow" color=blue size=2><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial Narrow'">- Hemos hecho
un proceso de consulta en el ETF y las integrantes no comparten la idea de
vincular la movilización de GCAP con Guinees por las siguientes
razones: </SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial Narrow'"></SPAN></FONT> </P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial Narrow'">
- El libro Guiness de los Records básicamente registra iniciativas alocadas y
a-políticas, pero decididamente no registra récords por el crecimiento de la
sensibilidad de la gente en torno a la pobreza y el logro de la igualdad. En
cuanto al impacto que se puede lograr en los políticos y tomadores de decisión,
el espacio Guiness no es el mejor para ser tomado seriamente como
movimiento.</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Arial Narrow" color=blue size=2><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial Narrow'">
- Al asumir una iniciativa como Guiness y focalizarse en números, GCAP arriesga
perder el nivel político de la campaña, en nuestra opinión el principal objetivo
de la campaña es tener un impacto sobre los tomadores de decisiones y aumentar
la sensibilidad de los ciudadanos.</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Arial Narrow" color=blue size=2><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial Narrow'">
- Qué se hace después o qué viene después de contar el record para
Guiness?</SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial Narrow'">
- Que la gente se pare deber tener un objetivo adicional y no pararse para
entrar en el libro Guiness de los records.</SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial Narrow'">
- El pararse para entrar en el libro Guiness de los records desmoviliza, ya que
no es pidiéndole a la gente que se pare para ser contada que se van a erradicar
la pobreza y las desigualdades en el mundo. Por eso es que es tan importante
aumentar la sensibilidad frente a estos temas.</SPAN></FONT></P>

acuerdo con ANND que hay que seguier los compromisos de la declaración de
Beirut, que temas como igualdad de género, paz, seguridad, impacto del comercio,
IFIs, deben tener mayor visibilidad dentro de la campaña de GCAP. Una demanda
concreta del ETF es que la demanda sobre igualdad de género sea una demanda
central junto a las otras cuatro de GCAP.</FONT></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
