Montevideo. Eso implica que sólo pueden participar los delegados establecidos

reunión de secreatariados regionales y grupos de trabajo del 6 de

<DIV>Han llegado varios mensajes de distintas partes del mundo diciendo que
participantes se van a pagar su pasaje y sus costos y así poder participar, pero
ese no es el criterio. La lista está cerrada y es en función de las categorías
que les mencioné más arriba. Es una pena en nuestro caso que nuestra compañera
de FOCO no pueda participar, pero se entiende que es necesario aplicar un
criterio general. </DIV>

de todos los preparativos y decisiones que haya que tomar previamente para

<DIV>it was finally confirmed that there will be no observers at the Montevideo
meeting. This implies that only delegates representing the approved categoires

secretariats and task forces meeting of the 6th)</DIV>

people saying that they will take care of their costs and in that way
participate, but this is not possible. The list is closed and it includes only

case, that our colleagues from FOCO will not be able to participate, but it does

that seems to work best. We are trying to maximize the points of
engagement to have a strong representation of the FTF at the

meeting will be finalized today but will be one of the

representative of FOCO will be there as a regional rep and the price of a
ticket is not as expensive coming from Argentina to Uruguay and no visa
