<div class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Yesterday’s IFT meeting covered a number of issues. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Let me just highlight a couple since the others dealt with internal structure and organizational matters.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The issue mentioned before on this list serve about a <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>partnership with the Body Shop was introduced.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>This of course raises issues around process and policy of GCAP to engage with the private sector.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The item was introduced, more information will be sent and discussed at a future date. Some of you have commented so we look forward to any other input.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></FONT></FONT></div>

<div class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>Preparations for the G-8 mobilization are underway. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>As the FTF we would like to prepare some policy talking points with a gender message. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>If <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>any groups have specific information prepared for this event, please send it to us so we could compile some good points to send to GCAP and the G-8 group.</FONT></div>
