a letter from Mary Robinson in her capacity as member of the Elders and from
Realizing Rights. She shares with us the information of the </SPAN></FONT><FONT
size=3><SPAN lang=EN-US style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Garamond">launch of a
major public outreach campaign – beginning on 10 December 2007 and culminating
on 10 December 2008 – as on this date it will be the 60th anniversary of the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights. </SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US
style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'"><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

UDHR are clearly of direct relevance to the objectives of GCAP and could provide
a rallying point in the next phase of GCAP's vital advocacy efforts".

que comenzará el 10 de diciembre de 2007 y culminará el 10 de diciembre de 2008,
fecha en que se cumplen los 60 años de la Declaración Universal de los Derechos
Humanos.</SPAN></FONT></P>

Declaración Universal la afirmación respecto a que cada persona tiene derecho a
condiciones de vida adecuadas en salud y bienestar, incluyendo alimentación,
vestimenta, vivienda, atención sanitaria y todos los servicios sociales
necesarios. Estas y otras medidas de la Declaración Universal tienen claramente
una relevancia directa para los objetivos de GCAP y pueden generar un punto de
movilización en torno a la próxima fase vital de los esfuerzos de
abogacía de GCAP. </SPAN></FONT></P>
