los últimos 10 días</FONT></SPAN></H1>

días de insistencia, las compañeras denunciadas pudieron conocer que hay <B>dos
denuncias</B> radicadas en la Fiscalía, una del 9 y otra del 31 de octubre 2007,
<B>las que por fin les fueron entregadas</B>. Hasta hoy 14 de diciembre, ya han
sido citadas una o dos veces a la Fiscalia las nueve denunciadas, de las que se
presentaron ocho; ninguna de las cuales ha brindado declaración.</SPAN></P>

diciembre se realizó una importante caravana y manifestación ante la Fiscalía
General de la República, con asistencia de organizaciones de mujeres de varios
departamentos del país;<SPAN> </SPAN>se contó con la solidaridad de
movimientos sociales como la Coordinadora Civil, cuya delegación presentó una
demanda a la Fiscalia para que se desestimen las denuncias y cese la persecución
a líderes feministas.</SPAN></P>

Adjunta Ana Julia Guido</FONT></SPAN></H1>

jueves 13 de diciembre, Martha Munguía, Violeta Delgado, Ana María Pizarro,
Juanita Jiménez y Yamilet Mejía sostuvieron una entrevista con la Fiscal
Adjunta, a quien le hicieron varios planteamientos:</SPAN></P>

que las denuncias expresan una posición política de personas y organizaciones
que actúan contra los derechos humanos de las mujeres, dado que no tienen un
asidero legal. </SPAN></P>

preocupación por la falta de decisión de la Fiscalia para desestimar las
denuncias, en tanto han sido interpuestas por un particular, que nada tiene que
ver ni con la niña Rosita a quien dice representar, ni con la madre de la misma
que detenta la patria potestad y no ha delegado su representación en el
individuo denunciante.</SPAN></P>

evidente que información que sólo es del dominio de instituciones del Estado
aparece en las denuncias de un particular, lo que demuestra el interés
compartido en perseguir a las mujeres.</SPAN></P>

inaudito que un violador confeso, condenado por las autoridades y que guarda
prisión desde noviembre pasado, sea incorporado en la denuncia como acusador de
las nueve feministas.</SPAN></P>

contradicción que la Fiscalía establece frente a la opinión pública, en tanto
admite una denuncia contra defensoras de derechos humanos, que son públicamente
reconocidas por su trabajo en defensa de las mujeres frente a todo tipo de
agresiones.</SPAN></P>

evidente que si el Fiscal General y la Fiscal Adjunta han recibido a las líderes
denunciadas es porque NO SON DELINCUENTES y porque gozan de un enorme prestigio
y reconocimiento social, sobre lo que las autoridades deberían reflexionar
seriamente. </SPAN></P>

actitud asumida por las instituciones del Estado se violentan todos los acuerdos
establecidos con las organizaciones de mujeres para brindar protección y
salvaguarda a las sobrevivientes de violencia; de la misma forma que se pone en
riesgo el modelo de atención laboriosamente construido, ignorando el aporte de
las organizaciones de mujeres<SPAN> </SPAN>en la lucha contra la violencia
de género.</SPAN></P>

la Fiscal Adjunta</SPAN></U></B><U><SPAN lang=ES-AR
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Book Antiqua'"><SPAN>
</SPAN></SPAN></U></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt 0.25in; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
lang=ES-AR
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Book Antiqua'">Manteniendo
en todo momento una actitud autoritaria, la Lic. Ana Julia Guido, Fiscal
Adjunta, expresó que la Fiscalía realizará una investigación autónoma luego de
la denuncia recibida, y que llamará a declarar a más de 50 personas de todas las
instituciones involucradas, tomando todo el tiempo que sea necesario, el que
puede ser de seis meses a un año y medio, dado que es una denuncia compleja
contra un grupo de personas. </SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt 0.25in; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
lang=ES-AR
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Book Antiqua'">Manifestó que
a pesar “que se afirma que este caso tiene un trasfondo político, la Fiscalía
actuará bajo los principios de independencia y objetividad”, negando totalmente
las implicaciones políticas que se han evidenciado desde el inicio de este
proceso.</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt 0.25in; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
lang=ES-AR style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Book Antiqua'">A
pesar que la Constitución Política de Nicaragua establece el derecho de las
personas denunciadas a abstenerse de brindar declaraciones, presionó a las
denunciadas expresando que “si no contribuyen y no colaboran, la investigación
continuará y las cosas no podrán ir con rapidez, el tiempo depende de ustedes,
porque no han declarado”. </SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt 0.25in; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
lang=ES-AR
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Book Antiqua'">Negó que el
Presidente y la Primera Dama la hayan llamado para que proceda contra las nueve
lideres denunciadas, reconociendo su militancia en el Frente Sandinista. Planteó
que no volverá a recibir a las denunciadas.</SPAN></P>

definido, lo que constituye una clara muestra de violación de su derechos
