y El Caribe que hemos llegado a participar en la 52ª. Sesión de la Comisión
para el Estado de la Mujer que trabajamos cerca de mujeres y niñas
rurales y urbanas con múltiples identidades dependiendo de nuestros
orígenes, orientación sexual, raza, etnia, edad, localización
geográfica, nuestras fe y múltiples creencias
religiosas:<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Times New Roman"
size=3><SPAN lang=ES-MX style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Vemos con agrado que el
documento a ser negociado aquí reconoce la importancia y refuerza la necesidad
de un mayor compromiso con los principios de la Declaración de Beijing y su
Plataforma de Acción buscando una coherencia con los compromisos de la
Conferencia Internacional sobre Financiación para el Desarrollo de Monterrey
en 2002<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Times New Roman"
size=3><SPAN lang=ES-MX style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Creemos que debe ser tambien
una oportunidad para afirmar e implementar los compromisos anteriormente
adquirirdos por los gobiernos en Viena, Cairo, Copenhange y Rio y otras
internacional Conferences and Summits que miran a asuntos especificos y dan
recomendaciones de cómo cuando y qué financiar en términos de una mayor
seguridad alimentaria, salud, educación, VIH SIDA, violencia y discriminación
económica y social , migración, empleo decente, derechos sexuales y
reproductivos, que hoy nos preocupa están invisibles en el
documento.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Times New Roman"
size=3><SPAN lang=ES-MX style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Vemos importante la
recomendación del Grupo de Expertas sobre Financiación para equidad y
empoderamiento de las mujeres que reafirma la necesidad de un fuerte
compromiso político de los gobiernos y de las instituciones internacionales y
financieras para asignar mas recursos financieros y humanos para el
empoderamiento de las mujeres y analizar el impacto que tienen las politicas
macroeconomicas en la vida de las mujeres que limitan el acceso bienes y
servicios básicos y de calidad.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Times New Roman"
size=3><SPAN lang=ES-MX style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"> En particular
aplaudimos la recomendación de colectar estadisticas desagregados por sexo a
todos los niveles de gobiernos incluyendo local estatal y federales. Y a
su vez llamamos a los gobiernos de nuestra region a que tomen el ldierazgo y
distribuyan los recursos domesticos equitativamente desde una perspectiva de
género. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Times New Roman"
size=3><SPAN lang=ES-MX style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Finalmente ningún análisis de
la financiación para la equidad de género y el empeoramiento seria completo
sin un reconocimiento de la contribución económica de las mujeres desde la
economía informal, economía del cuidado y la reproducción social.
<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Times New Roman"
size=3><SPAN lang=ES-MX style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">En visto de lo anterior dicho

de la region asuman un liderazgo y apoyen los esfuerzos hacia el
fortalecimiento de una arquitectura de equidad de genero en las Naciones

style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 10pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1"><FONT

estructuras de gobernanza económica a través de una representación
equilibrada y equitativa en terminos de la votacion de los países paises y
asegurar la representacion de organizaciones de
mujeres.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT>

participación de todas las mujeres y de grupos marginalizados en el
disenio, toma de decisiones, implementacion y monitoreo de
las instituciones financieras, comerciales y gubernamentales
nacionales, regionales e internacionales. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT>

la rendicion de cuentas para asegurar que nuestros gobiernos, las
instituciones internacionales y las corporaciones cumplan con lo que
asumieron bajo la Carta de los Derechos Humanos, las regulaciones laborales
y los acuerdos ambientales. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT>

tecnológica, acceso a crédito y no sólo limitación a micro crédito y
