<br>Patricia es argentina, y desde el año 86 que recibió su diagnóstico de VIH positivo ha trabajado en la defensa de los Derechos Humanos de las personas, sobre todo mujeres, que viven con VIH. Este año ha sido nominada por segunda vez al Premio Nobel de la Paz. <br>
<br>Animadas por esta nominación, ICW está promoviendo la campaña:<br><br>MÁS PAZ MENOS SIDA, la Paz una oportunidad para detener el SIDA<br><br>Actualmente, según el último informe de ONUSIDA, más de 33 millones de personas viven con VIH en el mundo. La mitad son mujeres, aunque en algunas regiones como en el África Subsahariana, superan a los hombres. <br>
