aquí ,donde también se sintieron los efectos
del terremoto,pero sin victimas que lamentar ,la primera reacción fue ver
como se prestaba ayuda lo mas pronto posible y por los caminos mas eficiente y

esa misma noche se montaron centros de acopio y se hizo un llamado
fundamentalmente a recolectar agua, y alimentos básicos ,no
perecederos:sardinas,salchichas ,leche,habichuelas (frijoles),etc. Una
comisión de las ongs ,que estamos agrupadas en el Foro Ciudadano ,viajo a
Haiti antes deayer y regreso anoche confirmando lo que ya
muchos medios han dicho y que les resumo en esta nota que envié a compañeras
de El Salvador esta madrugada:</SPAN>

increíble que le este pasando esto a un pueblo<BR>tan pobre y sufrido y donde

que la g<B>ente esta muriendo porque la ayuda básica de levantar<BR>escombros
apenas alcanza ,en un país donde las maquinarias no abundan.</B><BR>Creemos
que en el caso de la ayuda internacional ,en estos momentos, lo
principal es presionar para que sus <BR> gobiernos e<B>envíen gente
que sabe de rescates y personal médico<BR>especializado en

llegar en helicópteros ,seguro que se necesitara también personal
para labores de reconstrucción.</SPAN></B></SPAN></DIV>

de dinero permitirán comprar medicinas y carpas o tiendas de

en las calles.<BR> Anoche empezaron a llegar las primeras
confirmaciones de amigos y amigas<BR>que han muerto y un montón de
desaparecidos ,que a estas alturas<BR>pensamos que también podrían
estarlo.Entre las primeras muertes confirmadas están las de
las dirigentes feministas Myrian Merlet y Anne Marie Corialan
.<BR>Insistimos o que es importante que coordinen con cada unos de sus
gobiernos y que se promueva ,en esta etapa ,las ayudas en dinero. Se han
abierto varias cuentas. Aqui les copio las dos de los mecanismo
