<DIV>A key component of the plan is a continuation of our work on the climate
justice hearings and the coalition of climate communities with local actions
feeding in to global moments such as COP17 and Rio+20. </DIV>
<DIV><BR></DIV>
<DIV>We would like to develop a specific proposal on this to submit to donors
- the proposal would be a three year programme of action aimed at
strengthening and visibilising local actions (communities are taking action
and must be key players in the regional and global debates on climate
change). </DIV>
<DIV><BR></DIV>
<DIV>In order to begin to compile this proposal it would be really great to
hear from you about the work you have been carrying out since the GCAP and
GCAP FTF Climate Tribunals in 2009 and any planned actions you have for the
next 3 years. </DIV>
<DIV><BR></DIV>
<DIV>I have compiled the following questionnaire for you to complete or
alternatively we could have a chat about this by phone of skype if you send me
the details and the time that would be most suitable. </DIV>
