Un año despues de su inicio, se realizo el II encuentro en donde se planteo la necesidad de profundizar en los fundamentos teoricos, pasar revista a la situacion de la Educacion Popular hoy asi como intercambiar experiencias. De alli que para este III Encuentro queremos proponernos los siguientes objetivos: </FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 14pt 0cm 0pt; COLOR: black; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: list 36.0pt left 92.15pt"><SPAN lang=ES-VE style="FONT-FAMILY: Univers"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Por otro lado, hemos estado en conversacion con organizaciones de mucha data que han y siguen trabajando desde la Educacion de Adultos con perspectivas diferentes renovadas y otras que se preguntan ¿Donde estamos? Asi mismo vemos que los informes de Venezuela no recogen la totalidad de la situacion de la Educacion de Adultos, las organizaciones e instituciones estan dispersas en sus planteamientos, las gubernamentales estan queriendo construir nuevos conceptos en EA y surgio entonces la propuesta en la reunion del grupo, (hace un mes), con el punto focal del CEAAL en nuestro pais ¿Por que no discutimos previamente parte de los documentos como preparacion al III Encuentro? y revisamos ¿Donde estamos? cosa que sera el 10 de junio una jornada de medio dia.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>

Bien les cuento toda esta historia para ubicarnos en el contexto que me parece interesante por el deseo de todos de encontrarnos, discutir y proponer.</FONT></SPAN></P>
