Especially when the concept of human development today is understood from its multidimensionality. But I think it's also time to "go down" to more specific strategies and mechanisms, differentiated and located in all cases and globally, considering the different processes of development, the different paths to follow in each situation (taking into account possible social disaffiliations in some "developed" countries, the exclusions / inclusions in other countries, and the specific features of each situation to contribute to a regional, national and global balance). <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span lang=EN-US>If more specific strategies and mechanisms are not studied, we will continue repeating the situation assessment and major strategies to follow, but we will not succeed in making progress "from the smallest level", that is, from the "bottom-up" situations. We must also work on better indicators and benchmarks (ICAE and GEO have made contributions to this respect, something that needs to be analyzed in depth). <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>The MDGs have not reached the results expected (at least from the point of view of gender and education), have not achieved the expectations towards 2015. We need to work from "complexity", by recognizing the "exchanges between realities and data". Paraguay <o:p></o:p></span></b></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Me parece sumamente interesante considerar una correlación entre el concepto de Desarrollo Humano del PNUD y la EPT 2015 y después del 2015 desde la mirada de un cambio civilizatorio. Mas aun cuando el concepto de Desarrollo Humano hoy se entiende desde su multidimensionalidad. Pero creo que es hora de "bajar" también a estrategias y mecanismos mas puntuales, diferenciados y situados en todos los casos y a nivel global, considerando los diferentes procesos de Desarrollo, los distintos caminos a seguir en cada realidad (teniendo en cuenta las posibles desafiliaciones sociales en algunos países "desarrollados", las exclusiones/inclusiones en los demás, las características propias y especificas de cada realidad para contribuir a equilibrios regionales, nacionales y a nivel global). Si no se trabajan estrategias y mecanismos mas puntuales, seguiremos repitiendo el diagnostico de situación y las grandes estrategias a seguir, pero no lograremos dar pasos mas certeros para avanzar "desde lo pequeño", o sea, desde las realidades "de abajo hacia arriba". <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>También debemos trabajar mejores indicadores y benchmarks (ICAE Y GEO han aportado al respecto y es un trabajo que necesita profundizarse aun mas) Los ODM no han dado los resultados esperados (al menos desde el punto de vista de género y educación), no han logrado lo esperado frente al 2015. Se necesitan trabajos desde "la complejidad", reconociendo los "entrecruces de realidades y de datos". En este sentido las dimensiones de genero, raza, etnia, pobreza, urbano/rural, acceso y apropiación de las TICs son fundamentales. Saludos a todos y todas!.
