<P DIR=LTR ALIGN=JUSTIFY><SPAN LANG="pt-br"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="es"><FONT FACE="Calibri">El foro regional se propone debatir, desde diversos puntos de vista, la experiencia de las diferentes redes pa</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">rticipantes en torno al fortalecimiento de la democracia, la promoción de derechos humanos, fortalecer las acciones de sociedad civil y debatir las relaciones que se establecen con diferentes actores como la cooperación internacional, los estados latinoam</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">e</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">ricanos, los movimientos sociales y la propia sociedad civil.</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P DIR=LTR ALIGN=JUSTIFY><SPAN LANG="es"><FONT FACE="Calibri">En un según momento trabajamos en grupos a partir de la cuestión:</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="pt-br"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="es"> <FONT FACE="Calibri">¿Cuáles son nues</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">tros aportes como redes al fortalecimiento de la democracia y la promoción, defensa y realización de los derechos humanos en América Latina y el Caribe? Avances y retrocesos.</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="pt-br"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="es"></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR ALIGN=JUSTIFY><SPAN LANG="pt-br"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="es"><FONT FACE="Calibri">En la medida en que se trata de un espacio que busca coordinar esfuerzos para pre</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">parar el V FIDC, en ese sentido se llegaron a los siguientes acuerdos generales de trabajo. Bajo la coordinación y animación de IEPALA, se conformaron los siguientes grupos de trabajo.</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P DIR=LTR ALIGN=JUSTIFY><SPAN LANG="pt-br"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="es"><FONT FACE="Calibri">Este grupo tendrá a su</FONT> <FONT FACE="Calibri">cargo el diseño preliminar de una propuesta de agenda temática y metodológica, desde América Latina, para el V FIDC, así como una propuesta de interlocución, con el objetivo de identificar actores claves de la cooperación, el estado, la unión europea y la</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">s</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri"> ONG, que tengan información clave y que puedan ser aportantes a un debate enriquecedor sobre el eje propuesto (Democracia - Desarrollo - Cooperación).</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P DIR=LTR ALIGN=JUSTIFY><SPAN LANG="pt-br"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="es"><FONT FACE="Calibri">Con la finalidad de analizar la producción bibliográfica vigente, más pertinente y más actualizada sobre la cooperación en América Latina (con alg</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">unas bases propuestas durante el foro regional, como por ejemplo, el último documento de Benjamín Berlanga, saliente de Ayuda en Acción acerca de la cooperación, las últimas sistematizaciones de ALOP, así como el trabajo reciente de la Red Feminista en Ur</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">u</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">guay, a través de sus diálogos consonantes), se conforma este grupo para presentar un balance y perspectivas de la cooperación en la región, a la forma de una línea de base que permita hacer propuestas concretas sobre el rol de la cooperación en el fortal</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">e</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">cimiento de la democracia y el desarrollo en la región.</FONT></SPAN></P>

Si bien es prácticamente imposible hacer un análisis de contexto g</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri">lobal de la región, por sus propias particularidades y dinamismo, el grupo tiene como objetivo plantear las discusiones más importantes sobre la democracia y el desarrollo, desde la experiencia de las redes, como una línea de base para criticar y proponer</FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri"></FONT> <FONT FACE="Calibri">alrededor de los modos de relacionamiento que establecen los Estados latinoamericanos, la cooperación internacional al desarrollo, y otros actores relevantes, con la sociedad civil.</FONT></SPAN></P>

IEPALA deberá hacer circular estos documentos para su revisión por todos los miembros de las redes participantes.</FONT></SPAN></P>

IEPALA compilará estos comentarios y se los devolverá a los coordinadores de los respectivos grupos, para que estos incorporen los comentarios en sus documentos.
