de derecho sigue marginando a las mujeres<br><br>En todas las regiones hay leyes que discriminan a las mujeres, ya sea en<br>relación con la propiedad, la familia, el trabajo o la ciudadanía.<br><br>Con demasiada frecuencia, las instituciones de justicia, entre ellas la<br>policía y los tribunales, niegan la justicia a las mujeres.<br>No obstante, los gobiernos y la sociedad civil están probando enfoques<br>innovadores para garantizar a las mujeres el acceso a la justicia<br><br>Algunas de las respuestas que están marcando la diferencia es el apoyo a<br>reformas legales sensibles al género, la inversión en ventanillas únicas y<br>el otorgamiento de reparaciones a las mujeres.<br>Las mujeres parlamentarias, abogadas, juezas y activistas están impulsando<br>cambios y marcando la diferencia<br><br>Velar por la presencia de mujeres en el parlamento y en la primera línea de<br>la justicia y su representación en el poder judicial y en los sistemas<br>consuetudinarios de justicia ayuda a que se respeten sus derechos.<br><br>Los litigios estratégicos pioneros se han utilizado en todas las regiones<br>para ampliar el acceso de la justicia de millones de
