<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial">No es casual que desde el Observatorio de Género y Equidad
nos importe visibilizar las voces de la diversidad de mujeres que se construyen día a día en nuestro país. Más nos
parece políticamente relevante dar cuenta que es la propia definición de “lo diverso”, lo que permite mostrar los distintos
sistemas de dominación que convergen sobre una categoría, mujer, construida social y culturalmente para ser subordinada.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial">Ello implica esfuerzos importantes a la hora de emprender la tarea
por transformar los imaginarios, discursos, prácticas, en definitiva estructuras de relaciones de poder que sustentan la subordinación
de las mujeres. Supone desafíos desde las políticas públicas. Pero, principalmente, para el quehacer feminista en
todos los espacios donde se juega otra construcción posible de las mujeres como sujetos sociales y políticos.</span></p>
<p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial">En esta edición
hemos querido abordar las distintas formas de discriminación que las mujeres chilenas y del mundo viven o enfrentan a diario. Para el
Observatorio de Género y Equidad constituye un imperativo abogar por insertar cláusulas relativas a la “discriminación bajo
múltiples causales” en las constituciones de cada país, más aún cuando Chile se encuentra en un proceso
constituyente, donde las mujeres han exigido más derechos, un trato igualitario y justicia de género.</span></p>
