de pertenencia a una nación. Una consecuencia de esto es que las miradas de
ambas comunidades se dirigen prioritariamente hacia el interior del espacio
nacional y, en especial, muchas veces hacia la capital nacional o, en el caso de
las naciones con extenso espacio, hacia la capital regional más próxima y cuya
influencia sea mayor.<O:P></O:P></FONT></SPAN></P>

hecho fronterizo que pueden verse en la conurbación Rivera-Santa Ana do
Livramento tiene que ver, por ejemplo, con el idioma que utilizan las
poblaciones. En general, entre los habitantes de las zonas más excluidas de la
ciudad de Rivera, la lengua utilizada es una variante del portugués que,
despectivamente, se ha dado en llamar "portuñol", pero que sin embargo es la
lengua de los afectos, es la primera lengua que aprenden los niños en el seno de
su familia y de los intercambios con los amigos. No existe una realidad
semejante, en lo que al idioma se refiere, en Livramento. No obstante ello son
muchos los santanenses que tienen dificultades para entender y para expresarse
en Idioma Español que es lengua oficial de <ST1:PERSONNAME
productid="la Repblica Oriental" w:st="on">la República
Oriental</ST1:PERSONNAME> del Uruguay. Lo referente al idioma, si bien no es
bueno exagerar en ello, se puede transformar en una dificultad a la hora de
trabajar por la integración de los movimientos sociales existentes en ambas

de una propuesta de jóvenes para jóvenes, que pretende llegar a todo el
público que apueste a incorporar la visión de género en la vida y el

</SPAN>La invitación a la presentación de esta agenda fue uno de los
motivos de la convocatoria. Se apuesta además, a convocar a aquellos
que quieran comenzar a trabajar para que la voz de las y los jóvenes
cuente.<BR> <SPAN> </SPAN>Desde hace ya tiempo, y bajo la
consigna "Para que tu voz no se vaya por el caño...", mujeres y varones de
barrios y organizaciones montevideanas pretenden difundir sus
mensajes. En tal sentido, organizaron el Cabildo Género Joven y otra
serie de actividades donde fueron elaborando acción y reflexión sobre
género, sexualidad, trabajo, educación y todo lo que entienden necesario
para lograr mayor igualdad de oportunidades y
