las mayorías de los partidos Colorado y Nacional ya no podrá esconder

primer paso para <st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="la Justicia. Las">la
Justicia. Las</st1:PersonName> torturas, los asesinatos y las desapariciones
forzadas, no fueron fruto de una guerra. Fueron producidas por el aparato del
estado dirigido contra el pueblo desarmado.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="BACKGROUND: #ccffff"><FONT face="Times New Roman"
size=1><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 8pt"><SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Comenzó incluso antes del
golpe de estado, en forma escalonada. Hay ejemplos sobrados de ello:
estudiantes, asesinados desde 1968, como <SPAN class=SpellE>Liber</SPAN> Arce,
Susana Pintos y Hugo de los Santos; el primer muerto por torturas fue en mayo de
1972, el obrero de la construcción Luís Carlos Batalla, del Partido Demócrata
Cristiano; los ocho militantes comunistas fusilados en el Paso Molino
en<STRONG><B style="mso-ansi-font-weight: normal"><FONT
face="Times New Roman"><SPAN
style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold"> abril de
1972;</SPAN></FONT></B></STRONG> la prisión de <st1:PersonName w:st="on"
ProductID="la Hermana Marta"><st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="la Hermana">la
Hermana</st1:PersonName> Marta</st1:PersonName> en 1972, por más de un año,

concienciar</SPAN></I>", según le incriminaba un militar, en el "interrogatorio"
a la religiosa de las Hermanitas de <st1:PersonName w:st="on"
ProductID="la Asunción">la Asunción</st1:PersonName>, inserta en los barrios
pobres; la desaparición del maestro Julio Castro, el secuestro de niños y
mujeres embarazadas, sin hablar de los delitos económicos de toda
índole…<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

Derechos Humanos</SPAN></B>, en el Acto realizado en el Memorial de los

Cóndor" y que además "brinden la identidad de los detenidos desaparecidos
trasladados" en esos vuelos. Afirman que los restos humanos encontrados hasta el

congoja, mezcla de satisfacción y amargura increíbles", pero se quejan del
sistema judicial que "se ha mostrado temeroso, obsecuente con los poderosos e

</SPAN>Trabajar, luchar, por el respeto de los derechos de todas las personas
conlleva, necesariamente, a buscar siempre la verdad. No es posible llegar a la
justicia, en ningún ámbito, si no se transita por el camino de la verdad, ella
esclarece el dictamen justo. Y si no es posible llegar a la justicia sin la
verdad, menos posible, aún, es lograr la paz. Ella supone la relación de
iguales, donde todos son tratados y respetado por igual, y son sancionados

estructuras de significación donde solo vemos la cara visible, la acción errónea
o la fatalidad del siniestro.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Patrones de comportamiento reiterados en nuestra sociedad como la
denominada "viveza criolla" y "el eterno <SPAN class=SpellE>garronero</SPAN>"
son formas de ver la realidad procesada a través de códigos <SPAN
class=SpellE>comunicacionales</SPAN> que avalan esta forma de "comprender y
validar" esa realidad.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Los códigos culturales que permiten este tipo de expresiones visibles en
el tránsito por la violencia hacia los demás, el irrespeto de normas de
tránsito, el desprecio a la vida, etc., se afincan en el imaginario colectivo,
entre otros dispositivos, mediante la homologación de legitimidad para su
utilización social, como por ejemplo, confirman la alegoría que el anuncio
del</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">
BSE</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> pone en
los medios de comunicación masiva al afirmar que el tránsito es un lugar salvaje
donde nos "matamos unos a otros", donde nadie respeta nada y por el contrario,
se sugiere la exoneración de todas estas responsabilidades "si se contrata una
póliza de seguros". Esto es algo grave, ya que en ningún momento se descalifica
esta forma de comportarse en el tránsito, solo se afirma que "gana el mejor
asegurado", no que está mal el tránsito supuestamente "salvaje", el cual se toma
como contexto para expresar los beneficios de la póliza. Esta omisión es
crucial. La misma legitima lo que el anuncio expresa
alegóricamente.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Si estamos de acuerdo que debemos cambiar nuestra cultura vial y es
sabido que lo códigos culturales no desaparecen, sino que son sustituidos por
otros nuevos, creemos que es claro que el reforzamiento social de la validez de
este tipo de códigos que semánticamente funcionan porque <st1:PersonName
w:st="on" ProductID="la Cultura">la Cultura</st1:PersonName> uruguaya con
relación al tránsito es muy mala, no deberían ser afirmados en un machaque
insistente como supone esta agresiva campaña <SPAN

</SPAN>Los creativos del anuncio han mostrado la calidad de lo publicistas
uruguayos en torno al tema (aunque la idea de mezclar autos, selva y la apología
a la vida salvaje urbana no es idea de los nuestros), por lo demás, la agencia
que realiza la producción de la campaña está en permanente relación con quienes
la contratan. No es culpa de la publicidad como medio, el asunto es “el uso” que
se hace de ese medio y la aceptación de su
difusión.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

los creativos de la agencia, ya que son los responsables de la aseguradora
quienes deben decidir si la idea es buena o no. En caso de no parecerles
correcta le hubieran pedido indudablemente a la agencia que piense en otra cosa.
El problema es que los responsables del</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN
lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> BSE </SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN
lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">"dijeron que si" a la idea, y esto demuestra

ignorancia</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">,
la</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> carencia
de profesionales especializados en temas</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN
lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> de alta </SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN
lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">complejidad como son los <SPAN
class=SpellE>comunicacionales</SPAN>, la negligencia o la ausencia de marcos
legales <SPAN class=SpellE>regulatorios</SPAN> de la publicidad que se emite en
los medios de comunicación, hayan amparado este descomunal desacierto que
estamos convencidos va en contra de la seguridad vial uruguaya. En definitiva,
las causas finales no las sabemos.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Este trabajo tan solo persigue esbozar en las principales implicancias
referentes a la puesta en funcionamiento de códigos culturales a través de una
publicidad específica y la relevancia de estas acciones en la toma de conciencia
sobre la prevención de siniestros de tránsito. Muchos son los factores que
deberían analizarse.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

</SPAN>En nuestro país no creemos que esto exista y a los hechos hay que
remitirse. Las aseguradoras venezolanas han demostrado su descontento con este
marco legal y los sucesivos debates por tratar de acotarlo, eliminarlo o
neutralizarlo son moneda corriente en el hermano país
latinoamericano.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">No confiamos en el "calcado" de soluciones, pero si
creemos que debe instruirse a quienes generan publicidad de que antes de
persuadir a un ciudadano para que consuma algún producto, está el compromiso con
los valores sociales, el respeto y la valoración de la vida como ejes
principales que no deben, bajo ningún aspecto, ser avasallados por la lógica
comercial mercantilista.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Además, las empresas públicas deben de tener muy claro que todo lo que
ellas emitan hacia la sociedad se legitima "sui generis", es decir, el ciudadano
"acepta más fácilmente" lo que ellas propongan.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Es en este sentido como deben instruirse a los políticos directivos de
las mismas para que asignen equipos especializados en el tratamiento <SPAN
class=SpellE>comunicacional</SPAN> la revisión de propuestas publicitarias antes
de lanzarlas a la comunidad. Si no lo hacemos, más tarde o más temprano, estas
fallas se seguirán pagando con más siniestros de tránsito en una sociedad que se
resiste al cambio en sus patrones de conducta nocivos para con la prevención de

pasado que el Parlamento le votó el nombre a esta Escuela. Ahora estamos en un
proceso que realiza Primaria que es el de consultar a la comunidad escolar,
maestros y vecinos, sobre si están de acuerdo en que se le ponga este nombre y
recién después se ratifica o no. El nombre votado por los parlamentarios es el
de "Carlos <SPAN class=SpellE>Chasale</SPAN>", un maestro que trabajó acá,<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>no en esta misma escuela pero sí en la
zona. Fue detenido durante <st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="la Dictadura">la
Dictadura</st1:PersonName>, fue sacado de adentro del aula y llevado por los
militares. Estuvo muchos años preso y en determinado momento enfermó de cáncer,
y lo soltaron para que se muriera. Esa es la realidad que cuenta su compañera y
amigos; él tuvo fuerzas todavía para ir a hacerse un tratamiento a Cuba. Así en
una de las instancias internacionales fue una de las primeras denuncias de
torturas que se hicieron sobre lo que sucedía acá en el Uruguay, la hizo Carlos
<SPAN class=SpellE>Chasale</SPAN> como uno de los primeros que empezó a plantear
la problemática. Es un maestro que además escribía desde muy joven, con una
profusa producción literaria, poemas, etc. Estamos muy contentos que la escuela
pueda llamarse Carlos <SPAN

style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> TV.</SPAN></FONT> Después</st1:PersonName> les <SPAN
class=SpellE>preguntás</SPAN> los colores y no saben los nombres de los colores,
ni de los animales más cercanos. Y no estamos hablando de niños que pensemos que
tengan algún tipo de discapacidad. Estamos hablando de niños que por una
problemática sociocultural familiar están <SPAN class=GramE>muchísimo tiempo
solos</SPAN> y no han realizado aprendizajes básicos en su primera
infancia.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

problema que tenemos, y creo que es de todas las escuelas, es el tema de

La</st1:PersonName> comunicación entre nosotros y <st1:PersonName w:st="on"
ProductID="la Comunicaci?n">la Comunicación</st1:PersonName> con las familias,
con los padres. Entonces podemos estar muchas horas <SPAN
class=GramE>juntos</SPAN> pero a veces no hay diálogo, no hay reflexión. Se
están haciendo muchas actividades pero muchas veces no se para a pensar ¿qué es
lo que estoy haciendo? ¿<SPAN class=GramE>para</SPAN> qué estoy haciendo las
cosas? ¿<SPAN class=GramE>qué</SPAN> se hizo el año anterior? ¿<SPAN
class=GramE>cómo</SPAN> resultó?. Estamos en ese proceso de establecer una
continuidad en el trabajo con ese niño, que es el mismo que entra
con</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> 4
</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">años y sale
con</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> 11,12,
13,</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> o a
veces con más. Que ese niño sienta que llega a un lugar donde todo ese tiempo se
le habla un mismo idioma, con un mismo código de
comunicación.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

</SPAN>Eso es muy difícil porque nuestra Escuela tiene poco apoyo institucional,
aunque tiene mucho apoyo de la comunidad. Nosotros tenemos mucho trabajo de

veces se siente que el organismo (Primaria) no nos

</SPAN>Hay maestros que buscan otras escuelas con otros horizontes, con
situaciones no tan problemáticas, con mejor acceso, que tenga los medios que acá
no tienen. Acá ha sucedido muchas veces de maestros que han enfermado. Se rompen
vidrios y no se reponen, porque el Organismo no actúa con la rapidez con que se
necesita resolver. Todas estas cosas hacen que la mitad del personal se vaya y
todos los años vienen maestros nuevos. Este año, de</SPAN></FONT><FONT
size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> 15 </SPAN></FONT><FONT
size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">maestros, tenemos
a</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> 7
</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">que es la
primera vez que trabajan en esta escuela. Todos los años tenemos que estar
comenzando de nuevo y no tenemos tiempo de escribir, con lo que se dificulta la
continuidad. Porque la transmisión oral tampoco puede contener y comunicar todo
lo vivido. Estamos procurando con el inspector lograr un cargo más, porque si
bien cuando se trasladó Rodolfo Rincón, entre mañana y tarde dejaron de
venir</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">
40</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> niños, a
su vez estamos recibiendo mayor cantidad de alumnado que implica tener mayor
nivel de organización.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

Escuela</st1:PersonName> está apoyada, que es querida por el barrio. Lo que
aspiramos es sobre todo que la familia visualice y valore más a la escuela por
lo que hace: Educar a los niños. Muchas veces la valoran por lo que da:
alimentos, leche, <SPAN class=SpellE>championes</SPAN>, cuadernos, pero eso en
realidad no hace a la función esencial de <st1:PersonName w:st="on"
ProductID="la Escuela">la Escuela</st1:PersonName> que es Enseñar y hacerlo
bien.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY

</SPAN>Los que hace muchos años vivimos en el barrio y estamos en la zona
sabemos que los niños que estamos formando hoy, van a ser los directivos del
<SPAN class=SpellE>Baby</SPAN> <SPAN class=SpellE>Futbol</SPAN> del
año</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> 2015
</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">y los
dirigentes sindicales del</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> 2020</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> o los almaceneros del</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN
lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> 2018.</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN
lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> Nosotros queremos formar gente que pueda
desarrollarse en lo que tenga planteado, que pueda constituir una familia,
desarrollarse integralmente. Es muy difícil en las condiciones que trabaja la
escuela, pero sentimos que tenemos un Equipo que está de pie, y está trabajando
en eso. Por eso lo que hicimos, ante una problemática que entendemos que excede
la capacitación del maestro, es salir a buscar apoyos para que los problemas que
no podemos solucionar nosotros encontrarle otros caminos. En este momento pasa
por una reflexión colectiva que estamos haciendo y que a la vez es organizativa
para lo del año que viene. Esperamos que el año que viene <st1:PersonName
w:st="on" ProductID="la Escuela">la Escuela</st1:PersonName> esté mejor, que la
gente se acerque aún más de lo que ya está y que la comunidad sea más exigente
con <st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="la Escuela">la Escuela</st1:PersonName>
en el tema de los aprendizajes. Es una de las cosas que les va a permitir que
las familias salgan adelante, no hoy, pero sí dentro de</SPAN></FONT><FONT
size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> 5, 10 o 15</SPAN></FONT><FONT
size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">
años.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

</SPAN>Es muy difícil cuando tantas cosas se han desarmado en el barrio,
trabajo, organización... Es muy difícil convencer que tiene que estudiar cuando
ve que la maestra gana</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> $ 4.500.</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> Es un desafío que también nosotros lo tomamos, porque
tenemos que luchar por lo que creemos que es nuestro. La situación del maestro
comparte muchas de las angustias de cualquier familia, pasa por tener plata para
pagar la luz, pagar el agua, o hasta tener plata para el boleto y que muchas
veces no se saben ese tipo de situaciones que vivimos. Y le pedimos a la maestra
que esté bien, que esté sonriente, que atienda a los niños, que corrija los
cuadernos, que revise los deberes, que prepare las clases. Es parte de la
vocación que tiene el trabajo del maestro porque sin esa vocación no se puede
trabajar, de la misma forma que tiene que tener vocación un cirujano. Muchas
veces los gobiernos tuvieron al maestro como una mano de obra barata, mal
reconocida. O porque en algunos niveles de decisión los hijos de determinadas
personas no van a <st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="la Escuela Pblica.">la
Escuela Pública.</st1:PersonName> Es <SPAN class=SpellE>inentendible</SPAN> que
la escuela esté en la situación en que está cuando tiene el papel que ha jugado
históricamente en la formación del Estado uruguayo. Ha sido <st1:PersonName
w:st="on" ProductID="la Escuela Pblica">la Escuela Pública</st1:PersonName> uno
de los elementos que ayudó a construir el Estado Democrático en el Uruguay, creo
que en eso no hay discusión.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><B><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"><SPAN

del 90% de los niños va a Escuela Pública</SPAN></I> ¿<I

de esta Escuela con la comunidad</SPAN></I>?<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></B></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>- No
quiero olvidarme de ninguno... Hay distintos proyectos que les llamamos
"Proyectos de Clase" porque los lleva adelante cada maestro. Por ejemplo hay uno
de Huerta que los llevaron adelante los maestros de</SPAN></FONT><FONT
size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> 5° y 6°.</SPAN></FONT><FONT
size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> Fue todo un desafío armarlo en
una escuela que tuvo que tener todo de hormigón porque el terreno estaba
contaminado con plomo. Entonces conseguimos tierra limpia y arriba del hormigón
armamos una huerta con los niños. Pero también</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN
lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> 14 </SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN
lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">padres construyeron en sus casas sus
respectivas huertas. Venía una <SPAN class=SpellE>tallerista</SPAN>
del</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">
IPRU</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> que
llevó adelante la tarea con <st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="la Escuela">la
Escuela</st1:PersonName> y con las Huertas familiares. Implicaba apoyo técnico,
semillas, herramientas. Nosotros llegamos a tener un invernáculo que se nos voló
en agosto como muchas cosas, pero esperamos volverlo a tener para el año que
viene. La gente de</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> EMAUS </SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">apostó mucho este año por <st1:PersonName w:st="on"
ProductID="la Escuela">la Escuela</st1:PersonName> y desarrolló dos jornadas de
reparación de mesas, bancos, sillas, y nos arregló el invernáculo también...les
tenemos que agradecer a Cecilia, a Mario, a toda la gente de</SPAN></FONT><FONT
size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> EMAUS.</SPAN></FONT><FONT
size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> Hay otra línea de trabajo de
las maestras de</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> 1°</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> con los padres. Los niños que vienen a la escuela,
muchas veces, son hijos de familias que nos plantean que por alguna razón, no
están en condiciones de ayudar a sus niños. Entonces vienen una vez por semana a
trabajar con la maestra en tareas sencillas y van viendo de qué forma pueden
ayudar a sus hijos. Eso tiene un resultado inmediato, porque a veces no es que
el padre no sabe, o no puede, es que tiene miedo de... y cuando está en la clase
y ve que la maestra conversa, y también se puede equivocar, y también es una
persona. Es una forma más "fresca" de enseñar, en que el maestro no es el que
sabe todo, sino que muchas veces también va descubriendo con el niño. Eso hace
que los padres se animen y se larguen a hacer cosas
también.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

</SPAN>Luego que la escuela de la tarde recibiera una donación de computadoras
(que no son nuevas pero funcionan) de la embajada de Corea, tenemos un proyecto
en Computación. Hoy hay dos maestros de cada turno que están recibiendo un curso
de</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> IBM
(</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">canalizado
a través de un</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> SOCAF),</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> para capacitar a su vez a otros. Tenemos la idea para
el año que viene que la sala de computación funcione no sólo para los niños de
la escuela. <SPAN class=SpellE>Sabés</SPAN> que en esta zona no hay <SPAN
class=SpellE>Cíber</SPAN> ni nada por el estilo, entonces sería bueno que
ex-alumnos o personas que necesitan comunicarse con otros, pudieran venir

IBM</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN lang=ES-UY style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> apoya al
Ministerio de Desarrollo y a través de ellos llegó la colaboración con
capacitación y equipamiento para las escuelas.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

"4 Vientos" (El Tejano) todo el tema del egreso escolar porque una de las cosas
que nos preocupa es que los niños sigan estudiando. Tendremos una reunión en

style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> IMM</SPAN></FONT></st1:PersonName><FONT size=2><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> </SPAN></FONT>por el tema del boleto, porque el hecho
que no se les dé boleto estudiantil hasta abril o mayo, hace que los niños no
empiecen a tiempo el liceo. Estamos trabajando para que el esfuerzo que hace
<st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="la Escuela">la Escuela</st1:PersonName> en
formar a los niños no finalice cuando termina el periodo escolar. Está en el
debe el programa de inglés para que no sufran tanto con eso al ingreso al liceo.

está en el programa, pero por más gestiones que hemos hecho no hemos tenido

conformación del parlamento pleno tiene aún que transitar un proceso de

un Parlamento del</SPAN></FONT> MERCOSUR,</SPAN></FONT><FONT size=2><SPAN

secreto de la ciudadanía, contribuirá a profundizar el proceso de integración,
contemplando las necesidades de sus habitantes, y consolidará la

class=SpellE>Alvarez</SPAN> a periodistas, la llegada de Venezuela amortiguará
las asimetrías en las decisiones presidenciales y en la conformación del
Parlamento. El inicio de este proceso de ingreso de Venezuela es <SPAN
class=GramE>otro</SPAN> envión hacia el bloque político, subordinando el plano
económico-comercial como se conoció hasta ahora el acuerdo regional nacido
