indígena; Exhibición de fauna exótica distribuida según su lugar de origen y
seleccionada de acuerdo a su status de conservación ya el parque se suma a los
esfuerzos de apoyo a la conservación mundial a través de sus programas de
reproducción y cría en cautiverio; Mirador de aves recientemente inaugurado
donde se puede avistar más de 140 especies; Sendero autoguiado por los Humedales
del Santa Lucia, un ecosistema protegido por su riqueza en biodiversidad
faunística y florística. El bioparque también ofrece para público en
general visitas guiadas por Paseo del Monte, de jueves a domingo. Las salidas

mediante reconocimientos aéreos y terrestres. <BR> II - Que
también se ha verificado un aumento significativo de combustible natural en el
terreno, que implica el proporcional aumento del riesgo de incendio o su
propagación. <BR> III - A lo establecido en <st1:PersonName
w:st="on" ProductID="la Ley N">la Ley N</st1:PersonName> 15.896 (Ley de
Prevención y Defensa contra Siniestros), en <st1:PersonName w:st="on"
ProductID="la Ley N">la Ley N</st1:PersonName>º 15.939 (Ley Forestal), y en el
Decreto Nº 849/88 (y su modificativo el Decreto Nº 188/02), Decretos Nº 111/89 y
Nº 584/90. <BR> </FONT></SPAN><B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Previene e intima</SPAN></B><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"><BR><FONT face="Times New Roman"> 1º)
A partir del 1º de Diciembre de 2005 y hasta el 18 de Abril de 2006, queda
prohibida la realización de fuegos y quemas en todo predio forestado del país (a
cualquier hora del día o de la noche y con cualquier fin).
<BR> 1.a - El período mencionado puede ser extendido de
mantenerse condiciones de clima adversas y que por lo mismo, favorezcan la
iniciación y/o propagación de fuegos e incendios, lo que se hará saber
oportunamente. <BR> 1.b - Respecto de esta prohibición,
especial consideración merece la franja costera del Río de <st1:PersonName
w:st="on" ProductID="la Plata">la Plata</st1:PersonName> y Océano Atlántico
comprendida entre el límite de los mismos y una distancia de
<st1:metricconverter w:st="on" ProductID="20 km">20 km</st1:metricconverter>.
hacia adentro del territorio, donde exista continuidad de vegetación o
forestación, en condiciones aptas para la propagación de fuegos e incendios.
<BR> 2º - Los fuegos libres tipo fogatas sólo podrán
realizarse en lugares apropiados, protegiéndolos debidamente para evitar su
expansión. Son lugares apropiados a tal fin, churrasqueras o similares, las que
deben ser utilizadas con el correspondiente matachispas. <BR>
3º - Los fogones de piso, deberán realizarse unicamente en espacios expresamente
autorizados, dentro de un área circular de 5 mts. de diámetro, libre de malezas,
hojarascas y otros elementos combustibles, en cuyo centro se ubicará el fuego
que será rodeado con piedras, arena o
tierra. <BR> 3.a - El fogón no podrá dejarse sin
vigilancia, y antes de abandonar el lugar, se deberá asegurar su total
extinción. <BR> 3.b - Aquellos días en los que se aprecie la
existencia de vientos, cualquiera sea su intensidad, no se realizará esta
actividad (a los efectos de neutralizar la acción desencadenante de siniestros).
<BR> 4º - Las acumulaciones de todo desecho vegetal (ramas,
hojarascas, etc.) producto de la actividad de jardinería o de limpieza serán
depositadas en lugares apropiados para evitar su dispersión por el viento. Se
consideran lugares apropiados a tal fin, los recipientes metálicos y pozos en la
tierra o en la arena, los que deben estar convenientemente cubiertos.
<BR> 4.a - Por lo mismo, queda prohibido arrojar tales
desechos, en terrenos baldíos o similares, ya que se eleva la carga de fuego
existente, potenciando el riesgo de incendio. <BR> 5º - Las
autoridades públicas y la población en general, tendrán en cuenta el índice de
riesgo de incendio forestal, para la programación y realización de cualquier
actividad que directa o indirectamente implique riesgo de un incendio.
<BR> 5.a - Dicho dato (IRIF) será establecido a diario, por
<st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="La Dirección Nacional">la Dirección
Nacional</st1:PersonName> de Meteorología. <BR> 6º - Los
responsables a cualquier título de áreas arboladas, deberán mantener limpios y
vigilados sus predios, en lo que se refiere a la prevención de incendios.
<BR> 6.a - Al respecto merecen puntual y especial observación,
las condiciones de libre circulación que tendrán en todo momento, las calles
cortafuego, de aproximación, senderos internos y toda zona que legal o
reglamentariamente, deba permanecer libre de vegetación. <BR>
6.b - Los acampantes que se ubiquen en dichas áreas, deberán mantener limpio y
vigilado, en lo que se refiere a la prevención de incendios, el espacio de
ocupación o utilización. <BR> 7º - Las infracciones a estas
disposiciones, podrán dar lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones previstas en el
art. 206 y siguientes del Código Penal, art. 90 y siguientes del Código Rural,
art. 13 del DecretoNº 849/88, Art. 11 y art. 12 del Decreto Nº 584/90 y art. 15
del Decreto Nº 111/89. <BR> 8º - Por disposición de
<st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="la Sra. Ministro">la Sra.
Ministro</st1:PersonName> del Interior se comete a las Jefaturas de Policía y
Direcciones Nacionales con atribuciones de Policía Ejecutiva, la vigilancia del
cumplimiento de estas disposiciones, agotando medios y medidas a tal fin.
<BR> 9º - En caso de emergencia, se dará aviso a la
dependencia más cercana de <st1:PersonName w:st="on"
ProductID="La Dirección Nacional">la Dirección Nacional</st1:PersonName> de
Bomberos, a través de los teléfonos 911 o 104, o en su defecto a la sede Militar
o Policial más próxima. <BR> 9.a - Del mismo modo, toda
infracción que se desee denunciar, se podrá efectuar a través de los mencionados
mecanismos. <BR> 10º - Se exhorta a las autoridades y
población, a poner en práctica el concepto "Todos contra el fuego" es decir,
realizar el máximo esfuerzo de colaboración, para el cumplimiento de lo
dispuesto en el "Edicto de Policía del Fuego".<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

desecho vegetal. Guardar en lugares bien protegidos las reservas de
leña.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">- Hacer los fogones de piso
rodeados de piedras, tierra o arena, en un área totalmente despejada de
vegetales de 5 mts. de diámetro como mínimo; y asegurarse de que quedan bien
apagados con agua, tierra o arena, al terminar de
utilizarlos.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
