Víctor Castiglioni, quién dirigió ese departamento policial de la represión. Las
gestiones con el Ministerio ya están encaminadas y la quita de ese recordatorio

permite entender lo que a primera vista se oculta,
visibilizar lo latente, aprender a comunicarnos mejor, a incluir en nuestra
vida cotidiana de manera articulada el pensar, el sentir y el hacer. Nos
capacita para entender e intervenir eficazmente en los
grupos.<BR> Este segundo Seminario en la Ciudad de la
Costa, “Psicología Social para principiantes” toma el nombre del libro de la
prestigiosa Psicóloga Social argentina Gladys Adamson, quien gentilmente nos
autoriza a usarlo. Serán 6 clases, los jueves de 19:30 a 22hs, a partir del 4 de
agosto. Sede Ciudad de la Costa (Rambla y Buenos Aires, local del Colegio Santa

próximo martes 12 de julio se realizará la inauguración de la Cafetería “El
Cardo” del Centro de Desarrollo Local CEDEL, del Departamento de Desarrollo
Económico de la Intendencia de Montevideo, ubicado en el Parque
Rivera.<BR> Forman parte de este Proyecto Cafetería “El
Cardo”, la Escuela Gastronómica El Abrojo, Emprendimientos Gastronómicos del
CEDEL, Escuela Pública Nº. 240 Paul Harris y el Vivero del CEDEL con sus
plantas y flores aromáticas.<BR> Desde aquí apuntamos a
fortalecer pequeños emprendimientos que necesitan expandirse para lograr
competitividad. Realizamos capacitaciones en diferentes oficios buscando la
inserción laboral de mujeres, jóvenes desocupados o con trabajo precario y
adultos con dificultades para reincorporarse al mercado de
trabajo.<BR> Las áreas de trabajo van desde la
investigación y elaboración de proyectos innovadores, asesoramiento técnico a
pequeñas empresas e iniciativas emprendedoras, apoyo a la creación de redes
locales, y oficios varios.<BR> Anualmente se ofrecen los
cursos en carpintería, electricidad, joyería, telar, costura, talabartería,
tapicería, peluquería, agricultura en áreas reducidas, taller de vídeo
comunitario, percusión, candombe, gastronomía, jardinería y huerta, informática,
yoga, tai chí e higiene de columna.<BR> También llevamos
adelante actividades artísticas muy variadas y contamos con una Usina Cultural
donde se producen materiales audiovisuales, con sala de grabación musical y
equipamiento para la producción audiovisual.<BR> Por
esta razón trabajamos en conjunto con diferentes sectores de la sociedad como
empresarios, trabajadores, organizaciones, Gobierno Nacional, gobiernos
departamentales, municipales, estudiantes, vecinas y vecinos de quienes

[<STRONG>El Tejano</STRONG>] Antonella Leal tiene 18 años y es egresada del
Programa Jóvenes en Red.<BR> Ella junto a otros 17
jóvenes forma parte del emprendimiento gastronómico Sabores del Oeste, originado
a instancias de Jóvenes en Red como un proyecto educativo y laboral. En los tres
años que transcurrieron desde su ingreso al programa, logró estudiar, trabajar,
independizarse y ser madre. <BR> Aunque ya es egresada,
Antonella mantiene el vínculo a través de Sabores del Oeste y es un ejemplo para
otros adolescentes que están buscando su camino. Antonella se define a sí misma
como una adolescente más, con sus sueños y
expectativas.<BR> Cuando entró en contacto con el
Programa Jóvenes en Red ella ya sabía lo que quería pero le faltaba el apoyo
para lograrlo. "Mi sueño era hacer la UTU de gastronomía, pero me parecía
imposible por el costo de los materiales", cuenta Antonella. "Volví a estudiar
gastronomía en la UTU, en el FPB [Formación Profesional Básica], gracias a una
beca de Jóvenes en Red", recuerda.<BR> Antes de
vincularse con el programa, Antonella vivía con su pareja en la casa de su
madre, junto con su hermana. En ese entonces tenía 15 años. Antonella quería
trabajar y, según cuenta, en Jóvenes en Red la ayudaron a sacar el carné de
salud, el carné de manipulación de alimentos, y la contactaron con CEPE (Centro
Público de Empleo intermediación laboral), que depende del Ministerio de
Trabajo. A través del CEPE realizó talleres de capacitación. "Quería trabajar
para poder estudiar más, porque la beca no me alcanzaba".
<BR> Antonella cuenta que cuando comenzó con sus
primeras entrevistas de trabajo, en Jóvenes en Red incluso le enseñaron las
calles, a llegar. "Hasta el Paso Molino llegaba sola, pero no mucho más"
recuerda.<BR> Algunos logros que destaca Antonella es
que se pudo mudar sola con su pareja. "Ese fue otro paso adelante", dice.
"Estuve así un año y medio, hasta que quedé embarazada de Brandon. Entonces dejé
el estudio y seguí trabajando". "Antes de quedar embarazada también cumplí mi
sueño de estudiar ballet en una escuela del Prado". "Jóvenes en Red es como mi
familia. A veces Catalina [la coordinadora del grupo Cerro] me podía dar más
atención que mi madre, no porque ella no quisiera dármela, sino porque estaba en
otra cosa", cuenta Antonella. Cada educador tiene a su cargo aproximadamente
veinte adolescentes. <BR> También dice que de su casa al
trabajo tiene una hora y media de viaje, y que le gustaría poder terminar el
ciclo básico para poder seguir progresando. Antonella se plantea anotarse en el
Programa Rumbo de UTU, que le permitiría hacer los tres años en uno.
Recientemente realizó un curso de Bartender para profundizar sus conocimientos
en el rubro gastronómico y sigue vinculada a la cocina a través del proyecto
Sabores del Oeste. Ella fue una de las protagonistas que brindó su testimonio en
vivo en el evento de conmemoración de los diez años del MIDES que se realizó el
pasado mes de noviembre de 2015 en la Sala Mario Benedetti del Complejo de las
Telecomunicaciones de ANTEL.</FONT></DIV>

Mercado Victoria y vecinos y vecinas fueron los que dieron vida a este proyecto
y metieron muchas energías para que la tierra se hiciera bloque y que los
bloques se conviertan en la estructura de la Mesa de Ping-
Pong.<BR> La bioconstrucción es un sistema constructivo
que utiliza elementos proporcionados por la naturaleza y su ejecución no
necesita demasiado gasto energético. La misma se basa en principios que son
amigables con el medio ambiente, la tierra es su principal materia prima,
acompañada por la madera, sin dudas su mejor colega. La construcción con tierra
es utilizada desde que el hombre buscó refugio, actualmente más de la mitad de
las personas del mundo viven en casas de tierra, logrando así, no solo una
vivienda, si no una casa que cuenta con beneficios para la salud de sus
habitantes. <BR> La Mesa de Coordinación Zonal de Tres
Ombúes, Cadorna, Cantera del Zorro y Nuevo Paris es un espacio abierto donde se
tratan temas barriales, también se comparte información de las diferentes
instituciones zonales. Es un espacio abierto al barrio que pretende intercambiar
entre las organizaciones y los vecinos y vecinas, sobre lo que pasa en el barrio
para poder mejorarlo. <BR> En el año 2015 la Mesa de
Coordinación Zonal participó del Fondo de Apoyo para Actividades Comunitarias,
el cual se implementa mediante una convocatoria a las Organizaciones que
ejecutan los SOCAT (Servicio de Orientación, Consulta y Articulación
Territorial) para realizar iniciativas de gestión participativa en el
territorio. En esta oportunidad se tomó como punto de partida un proyecto que ya
venía armándose. El proyecto Bloquera se desempeñó en el local Sonrisas, dónde
se dictaron clases con un profesor de UTU, jornadas de introducción a la
bioconstrucción para jóvenes de más de 15 años con primaria completa. Se
realizaron paseos para conocer la técnica, y el grupo se conformó con muchas
ganas de seguir aprendiendo.<BR> Con la inversión del
Fondo de Apoyo para Actividades Comunitarias se compró una bloquera (que hace
prensas de barro, ladrillos de barro). Con la flamante "bloquera comunitaria"
adquirida con los Fondos de Apoyo a Actividades Comunitarias (FAAC) y la
capacitación de Andrés Luttringer, tallerista de Bioconstrucción comenzaron en
marzo de este año el ciclo de talleres. Es así que un grupo de vecinos y
vecinas, algunos trabajadores y trabajadoras de diferentes proyectos que
funcionan en la zona comenzamos a adquirir algunos conocimientos de construcción
alternativa. La técnica con la que trabajamos es la de BTC, Bloques de Tierra
Comprimida. El armado de los bloques se realizó en la Asociación Civil "La
Tierrita" del Barrio Nuevo Paris, que con buena apertura y disposición nos
prestaron sus instalaciones para poder realizar el trabajo. En dos jornadas de
producción pudimos hacer la cantidad de bloques necesario para levantar una mesa
de Ping Pong. Si, así es… una mesa de Ping Pong hecha de Bloques de Tierra
Comprimida. <BR> Hemos aprendido a utilizar una
bloquera, hemos adquirido algunas técnicas para levantar paredes y hacer
cimientos, pero además de eso y quizás lo más importante de todo este proceso es
que distintas grupalidades jóvenes pudieron intercambiar entre sí y con adultos,
distinta formas de ver el barrio, la ciudad y el mundo. Y esto también, claro
que sí, es construcción…</FONT></P>

que expresen la Montevideo del futuro que los jóvenes sueñan y desean. Maite

explicó: "Montevideo 2030 lanza su tercera fase y la idea es que ese futuro se
vea en acciones. Se trata de un concurso de intervenciones urbanas que pueden
ser artísticas, plásticas, visuales, un evento, una instalación o una
performance, que trabajen la visión de qué ciudad se quiere por parte de los

En un intento de crear un entorno de restitución de los espacios destruidos por
el tornado, creando un ambiente de Esperanza para los habitantes de la
ciudad.<BR> En esta búsqueda contamos con el apoyo de

afectadas a donar espacios para ser intervenidos pictóricamente por nuestros
artistas.<BR>Pintó Dolores​ tiene el apoyo del Municipio de Dolores, la
intendencia de Soriano y del Comité de Reconstrucción de Dolores. Pintó Dolores
no es una organización en sí misma, es un Evento que surge tras la necesidad de
los artistas por ayudar a contener emocionalmente tras el impacto que produjo el
tornado.<BR> Artistas Locales comenzaron con esta idea y
a su vez, paralelamente, se estaban gestando otros movimientos en diferentes
puntos del país con las mismas características, entonces decidimos agruparnos
para trabajar todos en el mismo proyecto. Hasta el momento tenemos 50 artistas
inscritos y con posibilidad de abrir 10 nuevos
cupos.<BR> A todos los artistas se les pidió que envíen
su proyecto con un mínimo de 3 x 2 m con referencias de las expectativas que el
artista tiene con respecto al espacio, o sea: Si el artista necesita plantear su
obra en un espacio superior a 3 x 2 m deberá adjuntarlo en observaciones para
nosotros poder adecuarnos a medida que seleccionemos los

- Actualización en el cronograma de las convocatorias<BR><STRONG>Definición
de las tres líneas de trabajo</STRONG>:<BR> El grupo de
coordinación desarrolló tres posibles líneas de trabajo y estableció contactos
con las autoridades de la Intendencia de Soriano y del MVOTMA. Además, se está
coordinando con el GGIR y con otras carreras de la Udelar que están trabajando o
lo van a hacer en la zona de Dolores.<BR> De esta primer
etapa de elaboración y acercamiento surgen las tres líneas de trabajo (A-B-C),
para las cuales los estamos convocando a sumarse con trabajo
voluntario:<BR><STRONG> A</STRONG>-
<STRONG>Vivienda</STRONG>. Se plantean dos ramificaciones, en lo que tiene que
ver con vivienda nueva se estableció el contacto con el MVOTMA a través de MEVIR
y se está trabajando por un lado con el proyecto de Casas Concepto, y por otro
con el equipo IC-UPV. En lo que implica reparación y auto-construcción se
propone la implementación de un consultorio a determinar en las próximas visitas
a Dolores.<BR><STRONG> B</STRONG>- <STRONG>Comunidad y
Espacio Público</STRONG>. Se están coordinando distintos talleres para trabajar
en conjunto con la comunidad y Facultad de Psicología. Inicialmente se manejan
talleres de mobiliario, autoconstrucción, identidad en las escuelas, etc. Quedan
abiertas otras posibles propuestas sobre el reconocimiento y valoración de la
memoria y el patrimonio de la Ciudad.<BR><STRONG>
C</STRONG>- <STRONG>Sistematización de la Información</STRONG>. Se entiende
imprescindible para todo futuro trabajo en la ciudad el manejo de la información
sistematizada de los distintos relevamientos que realizaron los distintos
actores locales. Se plantea integrar en un visualizador dinámico la mejor
información disponible del evento y las acciones que desarrolle la Facultad,
poniendo la misma a disposición de la población y las
instituciones.<BR><STRONG>Novedades en las tres líneas de
trabajo<BR> A</STRONG>- <STRONG>Vivienda</STRONG>. En
coordinación con la Intendencia de Soriano y el MVOTMA a través de MEVIR, se
está trabajando en un convenio que define dos acciones: Colaboración para la
auto-construcción desarrollada por MEVIR; y Proyecto de vivienda nueva en predio
MEVIR (antecedente Casas Concepto FADU).</P>
