[Ftffacilitationteam] FTF meeting in Montevideo

Dear all,
now that we have settled the issue of participation (almost, as we still need to confirm whether there will be observers or not) we need to plan our participation at the global meeting in Montevideo.
As FTF we should meet -if possible- on the 2nd, to plan our positions. And then on the 6th to ensure that we discuss and strategyse how we are going to implement our activities for the year.
We can only confirm the 2 of May meeting once we know what time people are arriving. And the 6 of May one, once we know what time does the meeting of coordinators start. But keep in mind that we aim at having those two occassions to get together as FTF.
We also need to facilitate a discussion around the future of GCAP as we did around the Guiness vote. It was very important that many women expressed their opinions, that we drafted a common position, that comments were sent to this draft and that we finally sent a position to the IFT. Let's aim at a similar process with respect to the future of GCAP. I will circulate the possible scenarios once they are finalised by the group working on that. But please feel free to send your positions already to put the discussion in motion.
