[Ftffacilitationteam] Tasks for Montevideo meeting - tareas para reunión Montevideo

Dear friends,
queridas amigas,

today we had an agenda group call and I would like to agree with you on who will represent us in the several tasks that are necessary prior and during the meeting:
1. Communiqué group. This group is already preparing the communiqué that will come out of the meeting. Rosa has received information about this group which she forwarded to me. Rosa, are you able to represent us there? I think is crucial to have a person there because these group is working on what will be the statement and future work of GCAP.
2. Facilitators: there will be facilitators for all sessions during the meeting, and it is important to have members of the FTF also as facilitaros. I need to pass the names by Monday so that thos of you who will be facilitators can already receive all the documentation from the particular session. Please volunteer for this!!! I would like to give at least two names from the FTF.
3. Secretariat and task force meeting on 6 May. I think that it has been agreed that Josephine will represent us, but this is not clear to the organiser of this meeting, Katsuji. If this is the case, please Josephine write to him, and as we are doing the bookings of the tickets, if you are flying back one day later, we also need to know that URGENTLY!!!! So we need to clarify immediately who will stay for that meeting on 6 May.
This is all, I hope to get feedback soon to be able to send the information on time. Thanks!!!!

En la reunión del equipo de agenda hablamos de varias tareas para las que se precisan representantes de los diversos grupos, nosotras también debemos nombrar nuestras representantes para:
1. Grupo de comunicado. Este grupo ya esta trabajando en la declaración, o sea que es fundamentnal contar con una compañera en ese grupo. Rosa ha recibido comunicación al respecto, podrías ser tú Rosa? Necesito pasar el nombre urgente. 
2. Facilitadores para todas las sesiones de la reunión. Sería bueno contar con una  o dos del ETF, no importa que no hable inglés porque también va a haber mucha gente de habla hispana y además hay que balancear. Quiénese se ofrecen? Necesito mandar los nombres de las facilitadoras antes del lunes. 
3. Reunión de los secretariados regionales y los grupos de trabajo del 6 de junio. Creo que va a ir Josephine, si es así tiene que confirmarle a Katsuji y también con nosotras para cambiar su pasaje de regreso.
