[Ftffacilitationteam] URGENT - Montevideo attendee list URGENT

Dear colleagues,

If you've followed the process you know that we are in a bind in terms of finalizing the list of attendees to the Montevideo meeting.  If we stick with the deadline, we need to decide today!  HOWEVER, WE HAVE ASKED FOR AN EXTENSION UNTIL MONDAY.  Currently we have more nominees than slots and are trying to be creative with spaces.  We will, however, need your help to decide ultimately who will come.  

I AM ASKING FOR A FEW VOLUNTEERS TO WORK ON THIS ISSUE AND TRY TO COME TO SOME RESOLUTION.  

In particular, there are three nominees for Latin America and the Caribbean.  These are very involved groups and we need a small group to come together via skype or e-mail and prioritize the list, HOPEFULLY TODAY, TONIGHT IF ANYONE IS AVAILABLE, IF NOT TOMORROW 3:00PM GMT.  

PLEASE SEND WORD IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.   
As per the most recent communication, these are the final nominees:

- Rosa Lizarde, who necessarily has to come as she is a member of the IFT -as my alternate. 
- Prisca Kambole, member of the facilitation team of the FTF representing Southern Africa
- Josephine Kamel, member of the facilitation team of the FTF representing Northern Africa
- Marta Rico, from Flora TristÃ¡n, Peru
- Susana Checa, from FOCO, Argentina
- Marianela Carvajal Diaz, de GCAP - RD

Regarding the number of slots, we currently have 3 for the FTF and possibly one more through other more recent creative resolutions.  This would then leave 4 for representation based on the criteria set for previous meetings, including: regional representation, expertise, involvement/activities in FTF, visibility on GCAP list serves.
PRISCA AND JOSEPHINE, I WOULD ASK YOU TO REFRAIN SINCE YOUR NAMES HAVE BEEN PROPOSED.   SO PLEASE SEND YOUR MESSAGE IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS TASK.
